THE BOARDWALK is a newly built home with 3 King Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms and spectacular outside areas to gather with your family and friends plus it is located on the sought-after East side of SGI.
There is so much to love about this beach home inside and out including the spacious inside with plenty of seating, coastal decor, high-end finishes, new appliances, fully-stocked kitchen, spacious bathrooms, open-concept with an abundance of natural light, beautiful Gulf views and access to a large deck on each floor! On the ground level you can take a dip in the sparking private pool and enjoy the beautiful pool area or seek some shade in the outside entertainment area under the home and watch a game on the flat screen TV where this is also a full-size refrigerator for easy access to beverages and beach day snacks!
There is an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, and a large storage room so you don't have to carry beach gear or other items up and down the stairs. It's a very short distance to access the beach or town for shopping and restaurants. The Boardwalk will definitely become your favorite year after year!

Best home on the island!!
We haven’t been to St. George island for a few years and this home rekindled our love for the town. This house is absolutely perfect! The place is spotless. Beds are comfortable, space is great, the pool was incredible and the elevator was just what we needed. Highly recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed!!
