Expensive!
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HotelsVery old building with all of the associated creaks and wear and tear. No elevator for 3 story building. In our room, the tub had been removed and a newly added large shower added. Bed mattress was uncomfortably hard with no springs; however, there was a nice, new soft blanket. Bright porch lights glared in windows throughout the night. No option to regulate room temperature.
Close, walkable proximity to the lighthouse, beach, restaurants, and some shops.

About a block from the Blue parrot which had great seafood. No view from the hotel but great area and right across the street from the beach

This is a quaint, old-fashioned, old Florida inn, that was just what we expected and with which we were completely satisfied! Very dog friendly. Very comfortable! Very laid back. It is not a five star resort and if that’s what you are expecting you will be disappointed. For the money, it is a great place to stay a night or two. It is a block from the beach and all the local favorite hangouts and grocery. Perfect!
