THE WAIT IS OVER! PAPAWS SANDBOX IS READY! This stunning, brand new construction home has been a labor of love and exquisitely decorated down to the smallest detail. Scheduled to be on the annual St. George Island Tour of Homes in February 2020, this home boasts 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths and 2 half baths. The first level of this beautiful home is the main bedroom level, with three king bedrooms, two of the king bedrooms have their own access to the beachside deck, bunk bedroom with two sets of single bunk beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds. Two of the king bedrooms and the bunk room have their own private bathrooms. The twin room and the Southeast beachside king bedroom share a Jack and Jill bathroom, equipped with dual vanities and a tub and shower. Perfect for families with small children. A morning kitchen is located just down the large hall that runs the length of this home. Equipped with beverage refrigerator, Keurig and microwave. Open the doors at the end of the hall and step out onto your 12 foot wide covered porch with tons of comfortable Polywood adirondack chairs, excellent seating to kick back, relax and watch the dolphins play in the surf. Continue up the stairs to the top floor main living area and WOW is the favorite word described by our staff of this spectacular interior space, and the views are absolutely the best around! The top floor boasts an expansive open-concept living, kitchen, and dining room. With soaring ceilings and an abundance of windows allowing in gorgeous natural light and stunning vistas throughout this fabulous interior space. The enormous kitchen is the heart of this home, designed for high living and a gourmets dream, with expansive Cambria countertops, gas range, professional hood, wine cooler, large black slate refrigerator and built-in coffee bar. Just around the corner is a huge guests pantry and the laundry room with top of the line washer and dryer, storage shelves and drying rack.
Just off the entry hall is a reading nook to sit back and enjoy your favorite read. The elevator services all floors from the top floor all the way to ground level. Making off-loading of groceries and luggage a breeze. The dining room is appointed with families in mind, with a considerable sized dining table and seating for 10, and another 6 barstools at the immense island bar. The living room has a generous sectional sofa, two swivel rockers, stripped swivel chair and the coffee table has 4 additional stools, perfect place for the kids to gather to play games or work on puzzles. Just down the hall is the half bath, and the top floor Master suite with king bed and sizable private bath with stand up shower and dual vanities. Step through the French doors from the living room and you will be astonished by the spectacular beach and gulf views. You are so high up that you can even see the curvature of the island! Again, the covered decks are 12 feet wide and generously supplied with two Polywood table and chair sets. Perfect place for all the family to gather and watch the children play on the beach. There are stairs from the top deck leading down to the ground floor, for convenience to and from the pool area or charcoal grills. Ground level boasts a spectacular outdoor living space with an enormous 13x26 private pool with waterfall and 5x8 tanning shelf, extra-large pool deck, copious amount of loungers, Polywood Adirondacks and picnic table. Two charcoal park style grills are provided just outside the pool area. A Polywood swing hangs outside the pool area and is sure to be the spot everyone fights over. Last but not least, the home comes with another outdoor half bath, thoughtfully placed in its own elevated platform, and outdoor louvered hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning station with sink.
