Experience here could not have been worse. I prepaid for 2 stays here, a 3-night stay and then a 2-night stay. Upon checking in, the host stated there was a mix up and the room we reserved wasn’t available. I specifically booked a king size bed as we were celebrating my partner’s bday and I wanted him to have a luxury experience. They had us stay in 1 room one night and then had us move the 2nd day which was inconvenient. There was nothing given for the inconvenience of it all, simply a $10 refund for the room price difference. The second room had an ant infestation in the bathroom. We asked for new towels at 2pm. We got back at 6 and still no towels. She brought them by after we finished showering. And then for the second, 2-night reservation, she said there was another mixup and she couldn’t accommodate us one of the two nights. We had to find another hotel last minute with spotty service. I would NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible , was charged 3 nights although was able to stay 12 hrs only as flights missed and did inform beforehand. Amenities not available No one to ask about things if owner not there Percolator cord missing , breakfast things were supplied in disposable containers not individually packed, torn and wear off towels and sheets. 5 night couples visit

Stayed for 5 nights and met some really interesting people from around the world during the stay. Sharon arranged the pick up from the airport and provided a good walkthrough of the accommodation and the facilities. Sharing kitchen facilities was a positive experience and a good opportunity to get to know your fellow travellers. The accomodation was amazing. Everything was made from colourfully painted stone, including the bed, shelves and sofas. Made the rooms really cool, even whe the AC was turned off. The swimming pools were inviting. Our roo..had a terrace.with lounge chairs that we took advantage to watch sunrise, sunset. Two small issues. The location is a bit off the beaten track. The accommodation is located in Lance Aux Epines, an area with stunning homes. The nearest restaurant was closed. You need a car rental to get around, otherwise you face a EC$50 (US$18) fare to St George's/Grand Anse which is only 10 minutes drive. Second issue was the internet service was a bit erratic on the premises. I wound definitely come back for a second or third visit.

Beautiful but isolated

This place is lovely, big rooms comfortable beds and beautiful grounds. It's a bit out the way, so there are no shops or anything nearby but the owners where able to give comprehensive ways to order takeout and even food from the supermarket but it was a little frustrating having to order in. The nearest beach was not that great, but a 20-25minute walk and you are on Lance Aux Epines beach which is absolutely stunning. Oh and you cook breakfast yourself btw, but supplies are topped up each morning, basic but filling, facilities are shared with three other apartments. Overall I enjoyed my stay here, the owners are lovely, the grounds beautiful and peaceful, but because we didn't have a car I think next time we'll stay closer to st George's for convenience.

I was very, very nice. Exactly what we excepted. What I like about it? The owner sweet attitude, the staff friendliness, fresh breakfast’s food (eggs, bread, milk, oranges, bananas, marmalade and butter) that we saw each morning in our kitchen; the semi-private beach, the quietness of residential neighborhood this place is located, relative closeness to the center (tent a car! It’s money well spent) and the public beach, restaurants, stores even the airport! Sharon (the owner) is Californian, but you sense and see that she made a good life decision to move to Grenada — she is happy, friendly, hard working person! We miss you guys!

The property is unique and it was ok. I liked the stone work for the furniture and the fixtures.

What a find!

The property is LOVELY. The owner is delightful and so welcoming. What I appreciated most (besides the strong wifi) is that you can have groceries delivered by ordering online, and you can have food from local restaurants delivered as well. The grocery site and DoorDash/GrubHub-type app for the restaurants were not the best (the grocery store took over an hour to deliver and I first ordered from a restaurant that turned out to not even be open — irritating), but frankly, I was impressed they were available at all! The neighborhood is quiet and the small property is lush. As a single woman I felt perfectly safe. There’s no restaurant onsite, so you have to cook your own food (there’s a well-appointed kitchen) or walk down to one of the nearby restaurants. Caution: It’s a hilly walk. There’s a little beach nearby; I didn’t visit, but it’s there. The rooftop patio is great; you can barbecue and have a family gathering, or just quietly enjoy the narrow, shallow pool (made for relaxing, not swimming). I would definitely stay here again. I’m already looking for an excuse!
