A large 4 bedroom vacation home directly on the lake shore. It has a carpeted screened porch on the south end and a patio deck on the north end. The living room is 15’ x 24’ with a fieldstone fireplace in the center, making it possible to walk completely around the fireplace.
The construction of this unit features open beam log rafters. A separate dining area has a large dining table. This home has 1 full bath with a tub/shower and 1 full bath with a shower stall.
Two main level bedrooms each have a queen sized bed and one balcony/loft has 2 queen sized beds and another balcony/loft has 1 queen sized bed, so this unit has 5 queens sized beds. The balconies/lofts are accessible by rustic stairways.
Maximum number of guests allowed to use this unit is 8. RESERVE THIS LARGE CABIN AT STEPAWAY VACATION RENTALS!

Our Last Week in the Wonderful Popple
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We had a great time...again. Love Stepaway's attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, new piers, lights on the piers, detailed maintenance, firewood replenishment, flowers, and much more. The extra effort was noticed and appreciated. Unfortunately due to changing family priorities, we will not be coming back next year. We'll miss our time on Little St Germaine. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

Winter stay disappointment
Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
When renting a private property do not believe what's in writing when the owner describes it! So disappointed, the massive fireplace described in the impressive description was not working. It's winter time! Owner knew a head of time, no heads up!!! It must have been a major heat source for winter based on how cold the cabin was in the living area during our stay. Cabin needs a good cleaning, it had dirty floors and cobwebs all over. If more than 5 staying bring coffee cups and drinking glasses. Could be a gem, sits in a great spot on Little St. Germain lake. Property management agency was apologetic.
