As soon as you walked into the hotel it stunk. Dead flies all over by the entrance, some one could of swept them up. "Carlos" that checked us in was very rude. We had requested a lake side room, nothing was ready he said, pool was dirty and when I walked back to the desk to tell him we couldn't get teh hot tub to work, he said "I'm alone, what do you want me to do about it? When he figured out I wasn't taking that answer he went to the hot tub, called someone and got it going and just left. Said nothing! Never will stay there again.

Beautiful views.

Brand new hotel. Great views. Very nice rooms. Great breakfast. The hotel had a bar but it was a work in progress on that they had a limited selection of offerings.

The property is very clean, modern and very well located right on the lake. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. They have many amenities that I didn't visit but sound really great especially the game room. All these activity rooms are located below the sleeping area. Breakfast was quite good with lots of options. Will return.
