The apartment was fine though I was surprised to find that it was at the top of four flights of stairs. In addition, basic supplies were not on hand. There was no toilet paper nor hand soap in the toilet. I reached out and was assured by the company chatbot that someone would remedy this situation promptly, but despite three separate contacts, nothing was done. I sent an email to the firm and received no response. No one checked in with me throughout my stay, either. It was disappointing.
