Sleeping up to five guests, Little Nook offers a cosy living area complete with a comfortable sofa bed, additional sofa and flat-screen TV â ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the coast.
The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering stay and includes a breakfast bar for relaxed dining. The property also benefits from a spacious master bedroom, a single bedroom, and a modern family bathroom with both a separate bath and shower.
Guests can enjoy superfast unlimited WiFi throughout the property.
Parking is available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis, though spaces cannot be guaranteed.
Guest Access:
Prior to check-in, guests will be given a access code which is unique to their person. Just type in the numbers, wait for the beep, and try the handle - it is that easy!

In a quiet residential area, Little Nook is a mere 15 minute stroll down to the St Ives wharf, boasting beautiful shops and independent cafes and restaurants. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the busy town, and dawdle back to the Little Nook for a quaint evening, taking advantage of the outdoor communal spaces, with a glass of wine to hand. Please be aware that the Little Nook is adjacent to residential housing, so we ask that guests are respectful in later hours.

Getting Around:
As guests come to the main road from the Nook, bus stops can be located on the left of you, and guests can journey on the number 11 bus to the St Ives harbour stretch.
Garrack Hotel Bus Stop (0.1mi) - take the number 11 bus to the end of the route.
St Ives Train Station (0.8mi) - follow the coast to St Erth, where the main Great Western Railway route can be picked up and guests can journey to different areas of county and past the Tamar bridge.
Towns and Villages surrounding St Ives are easily accessible, however during the busy seasons, traffic is inevitable and roads can become clogged quickly.

Please note that the property is located on the same grounds as The Nook which is a property offering self serviced accommodation. Parking is shared with this property along with the neighboring apartment 'Another Nook'.
Guests also have access to the shared garden and gravelled area.
