The dining area, complete with seating for eight, leads out through foldaway doors to the private courtyard.

The large master bedroom is decorated in sunny yellows with a stately king-sized bed, two armchairs, striking artwork, ample storage and views across St Ives Town and Harbour.
The second bedroom, with bubble-gum pastel shades, offers a king-sized bed, Juliette balcony, ample storage and en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom is youthful and fun, offering two single beds and sea views across Porthmeor and Godrevy Lighthouse.
The fourth bedroom is decorated in coral tones with turquoise highlights and fitted with double bed, storage and views across Porthmeor and Godrevy Lighthouse.
There is a large family bathroom situated on the first floor fitted with bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
On the second floor is a stunning shower room with bath with rainforest shower, wash-hand basin and WC.
The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with rainforest shower, wash-hand basin and WC.
There is a further WC with wash hand basin on the ground floor. The private courtyard at the rear of the property is a wonderful sun trap in the summer months, with outside seating ideal for alfresco dining. Great property. Great communications. The bedrooms were fab, and the kitchen and living room were really good. Our friends are going to book it again.The only 2 niggles for me were parking - it was very tight! And the walk back to the property in the evening. I didnât realise how steep it was!
We had a great stay at Mavericks. The cottage was very nicely decorated and cosy. All was very clean and everything was taken care off. The location was perfect and the views were stunning.

Mavericks is one of the best houses weâve stayed in, in St Ives (and weâve stayed in a few). The decor is perfect, outside space is great, and two parking spaces very handy for trips out of town.
