Walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. Cool off in the pool or the fully Air Conditioned unit. Enjoy massive and striking views from within the unit and out on the balconies. All of the amenities make this the easiest place you will ever stay on St John. Penthouse unit features 2 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, attractive furnishings, soft linens, Fully stocked Kitchen, WIFI, Cable TV, AC throughout, Beach Chairs, Coolers and Beach towels provided, covered outdoor dining and indoor dining, Rooftop patio for endless panoramic sunset views. A third balcony overlooking the pool off of the lower bedroom. Easy parking if you rent a car or NO CAR NEEDED if you just take taxis. Great pool with sun and shade available nestled in lush tropical landscaping. Washer and Dryer(shared), Dishwasher and full size Fridge.

The unit is amazing, you might not want to leave, but if you do, the splendor of St John is just outside the door.
The still-pristine island of St. John is the smallest of the three U.S. Virgin Islands and lies just 3 miles east of St. Thomas and a mile from the nearest of the British Virgin Islands. Nearly two-thirds of the island is national park, with forests and nature trails for your enjoyment. Nature lovers will be amazed by St. John’s ecological diversity, from cactus-laden desert bluffs to lush tropical forests singing with tree frogs and painted by orchids.

The true treasure of St. John is its beaches, white with soft, sugary sand and edged by coconut palms, gentle waters, and pristine coral reefs. World-famous Trunk Bay is here, as are spectacular Hawksnest Bay and Cinnamon Bay. Part of the national park land is underwater and home to amazing coral reefs, plant life, tropical fish and turtles.

Beyond the spectacular natural beauty, St. John is a colorful and artistic community filled with unique shops, boutiques and vendors. The shelves are filled with local artwork and distinctive jewelry as well as exotic imports. All of the restaurants are locally owned, each serving up tantalizing flavors and atmosphere for even the most discerning palate. Local seafood such as mahi mahi, Caribbean lobster, conch, wahoo, yellowtail snapper and tuna are always fresh and available.

Getting out on the water is a must for every Virgin Island vacation. Sailing, fishing, scuba diving and powerboat charters are widely available, as well as sea kayak and dinghy rentals. Our favorite is sailing. The fresh tradewinds, calm seas and protected anchorages make the Virgin Islands one of the top sailing destinations in the world. Hundreds of nearby islands await your exploration, all just a short boat ride away. Some of the best snorkeling and diving spots are only accessible by boat.

Many visitors will be captivated by the fascinating history of St. John and the Caribbean. From the Taino, Arawak and Carib Indians, to the days of piracy, to the Danish sugar plantations, St. John has amazing stories of slavery and freedom, rebellion and discovery. Many remnants of those days have been preserved here. Upon your exploration you will find Danish sugar mill ruins, archeological digs, and petroglyphs from the ancient tribes that first inhabited St. John.

There is so much to do and see on this tiny island that many visitors find themselves coming back year after year.

Where do I begin? This entire trip was one of our best thanks to this amazing property and the very helpful guidance from Keri and her staff. I would highly recommend this property. It has everything you need to be comfortable and within walking distance of wonderful restaurants and shops. We rented a car (highly recommended) and discovered new beaches and hiking trails every day. So much beauty on this island that we need to go back to see more. We also enjoyed the pool after spending long days on the beach. Everything about this property and island are perfect!

Beautiful Views and Perfect Location

Feels secluded and quiet, yet is a short walk to most any restaurant, shop or attraction Cruz Bay has to offer. Plenty of parking onsite, a real bonus to be that close to “downtown” Cruz Bay. Having access to the concierge service (Keri) was a huge bonus for pre-trip planning and questions during our stay. Well stocked kitchen a pleasant surprise.Would not hesitate to book this property again.

This was our first time in St John. The property worked well for myself, husband and two kids 5 and 7. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The villa had everything in the kitchen you would need and it was clean and comfortable. We had a VERY rainy week and there was a leak in the roof and some of the windows. I told Jared and he said he would let the HOA know. For most this won't be a problem because we had crazy weather. For our return visit to St John we would stay in Coral Bay. Cruz bay just wasn't our vibe. There is no parking at all (not needed with the location of the villa, it's a close walk to town...just make sure you are able to do hills), but it's not a very pedestrian friendly town. There's no shoulders for walking and very few sidewalks. With younger kids it wasn't ideal...but that's not fault of the Villa. If we wanted to stay in Cruz Bay again I would consider staying here for a second visit.

Excellent Property Close to Town

Our adult children stayed in this condo with their girlfriends. My husband and I stayed in a close-by property. We all agreed that this property was better for the value and the views were better. We've been to St John 7 times now and we're surprised we never picked up on this little gem before. The host communication was exceptional. We appreciated most the very last minute accommodation. I imagine you'll have repeat renters now. 2 of those adult children are now engaged. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really Loved the Views from the front Balcony of the harbor. I sat there almost every day/night Sometimes for a short time sometimes much longer. Convenient location, can be a bit of a struggle coming back up the hill then driveway, if not up to it any day, taxis are readily available. Would stay again.

Bayview penthouse was even better than the pictures showed. The views of Cruz Bay, the easy walk to so many restaurants and shops, and the lovely pool were all amazing. Extra appreciation to Jared, Keri and Lauren - they were wonderful to deal with, extremely responsive and helped us out when due to an airline mess we arrived a day late. We will be back - this place is lovely, extremely well appointed and very well cared for!

Quiet property with excellent views and short walk to restaurants

This was our first time to St. John. First let me say I am an extremely picky person when it comes to vacation properties. This condo was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen items we needed. Parking was fantastic compared to other places we saw. The only inconvenience was not having a washer/dryer in the unit. It was downstairs by the pool. I didn't keep up with laundry like I normally do on vacation. If we come back I will definitely book this unit again.

Jarred was super easy to work with. The property has the best view of Cruz bay and just a short walk to town for shopping and restaurants. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great villa. Great location. Great amenities, including pool and laundry. Immaculately clean. Jared and Keri are great to work with. Very responsive and provide helpful information. Definitely will stay again.
