BEAUTIFUL VIEWS & 3 MINUTE DRIVE TO CRUZ BAY TOWN

Tranquil Breeze- Stay at our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home conveniently located on the picturesque Island of St. John overlooking three beautiful bays: Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole and Rendezvous Bay. Each bedroom will have it's own private bathroom. Every room has it's own A/C and the entire house can be powered by a generator that will automatically switch on in case the island were to lose power (very important, as this can happen). You do not want your vacation ruined by not having power at your rental property.

Tranquil Breeze will transport you to a tropical paradise. Start your morning with a coffee on the large wrap around deck enjoying the expansive views of the Caribbean where you overlook the Westin resort and can see St. Thomas, even St. Croix on a clear day and the three bays (Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay & Rendezvous Bay). Later, drive to one of the many world-famous St. John National Park beaches where you can snorkel, hike, Stand Up Paddle Board and/or enjoy a lazy day at the beach. After a long day of exploring you can enjoy the quiet community pool which is just a few steps from our house or enjoy a Happy Hour cocktail on the wraparound deck. Please note that there are only 7 properties which share the pool and only 3 of the properties are rentals (the pool is usually empty/private). At night you can take a 3-minute drive into Cruz Bay town where you can eat at one of the many great restaurants and enjoy the night away with a few drinks.

Tranquil Breeze was recently renovated and updated in 2022 and features a gourmet kitchen, full generator to power the home when the power goes out on island, fully air-conditioned house (all bedrooms and main living room are fully A/C), 3 Queen Bedrooms each with en suite bathroom (3 full Bathrooms), WiFi, Vaulted Cypress beam ceilings with overhead ceiling fans, updated furnishings and a washer/dryer. Tranquil Breeze has two bedrooms on the first floor which each have their own Queen size bed. The upstairs bedroom also has a Queen bed which is a perfect room for kids/teenagers or another adult couple.

*Tranquil Breeze also provides beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for all of your beach needs.

Whether you are seeking a peaceful retreat, a romantic getaway, family vacation or you simply want to explore the beautiful island of St. John, you will find what you are looking for at Tranquil Breeze. Your group will be just minutes away from the town of Cruz Bay which contains many top notch restaurants, bar and grills, beach bars and shops that cater to every budget. We had a great time at Tranquil Breeze. The furnishings were very comfortable and we had plenty of space as a family of four to spread out. The best part by far was the amazing view! My family and I stayed at Tranquil Breeze for a week. The island of St. John itself is beautiful. My husband and I spent our honeymoon there and wanted to come back with our kids. Tranquil breeze had everything we needed. It was in a great location. The house was clean and spacious enough for all 4 of house. I would definitely stay there again when we return. I cannot say enough nice things about Linda, she was so helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. She made the whole process so easy. We were so sad to leave and we cannot wait to go back.

Easily the best VRBO property we’ve ever booked! Perfectly suited for our family of 4. The location was excellent, the view was amazing and the communication far exceeded anything we’ve ever booked. Linda was like having a property concierge. Any off the wall question she was there to help. Definitely would recommend! This place was an absolute pleasure! Quiet, clean, all the amenities you’d need and with 30 minutes of almost everything on the island. Far exceeded expectations! Already missing my 6am sunrise deck coffee

Keep coming back to the Islands!

Beautiful views! Every bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom! Kitchen fully equipped and also they have beach towels, chairs for beach and noodles! We brought our own coffee, both regular and kueri! Cheaper in the states! There are island kitties who hang around the property and chickens and lizards.Linda the property manager was wonderful. So many good things about this property! First off, the property manager was excellent. She responded to every question or need. She also helped me see my first octopus in the ocean, so cool! The property is clean and is close to town which is nice. The view is beautiful!!! Everything you need is at the property to have a great stay. They have beach chairs and noodles which is nice. Air conditioning works great in every room! We would easily stay here again, highly recommend!!
