arrivée un soir a 9h , étant parti pour gozo ,
Publié le 7 sept. 2023 sur Hotelsréservation chambre 2 lits, nous donnent une chambre avec 3 lits ,prenant braucoup place , 1h30 de négociations pour faire enlever ce lit ,ne veulent pas nous changer de chambre .
pas employés autour des 3 piscines , donc compliqué pour avoir des serviettes de bains et contour piscine sale ; couches culottes bébé laissé au sol par clients , personne pour nettoyer .
avons eu aussi punaises dans lit
Parti la journée pour Gozo , soir lits pas fait
Hotel plutot 4 étoiles , mais absolumment pas un 5 étoiles
Pas de geste significatif de l'hotel pour s'excuser

L'hôtel est magnifique le personnel est remarquablement gentil franchement tout était parfait lors de ce séjour tout est à la disposition de la clientèle pour que cela se passe au mieux et la vue des chambres et juste splendide à recommander sans hésitation
