Kitchen & Dining: The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, and kettle, ensuring you have everything needed for self-catering. The dining area includes a table and 4 chairs, ideal for family meals or evening gatherings.

Bedrooms: Rhodown boasts 3 bedrooms:

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and storage space.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer 2 single beds, providing flexibility for sleeping arrangements.

Additional sleeping space is available with a double sofa bed in the lounge area.

Bathrooms: The main bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and towel rail for convenience. There is also an ensuite with a toilet, sink, and towel rail attached to the master bedroom.

Additional Features: Rhodown is equipped with double glazing and central heating to ensure comfort throughout your stay. The property includes parking next to the home and a fenced garden, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. A decking surrounds the caravan, offering a pleasant spot for relaxation.

Pet Policy: Rhodown is pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your furry companions along for the holiday. Please ensure they enjoy the decking and fenced garden responsibly.

House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests.

Check-In and Booking Details: For your convenience, Rhodown offers contactless check-in via a lockbox with entry codes provided prior to arrival. Standard check-in time is 4pm, and check-out is at 10am. Early check-in at 2pm, late check-out at 12pm, and travel cot hire are available upon request, with additional charges applicable.

Guests have access to the entire caravan.

Check In



Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.



Our standard check-in time is 4 PM



Our standard check out time is 10am



We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.



Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.



One day before arrival the damage deposit fee of £150 will be held from your card, as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. This charge will be released within 7 days after departure, if no damage has occurred. We also recommend that you ensure you have travel insurance.



Please note a $25 pet fee is charged per pet, and any cancellations will be charged a $55 admin fee.
