I was told they didn’t have a room that I booked and if I wanted a room I would have to pay $37 extra. The guy laughed that I had to pay extra. Said we have to make money.

Dreadful experience: clientele is scarey, rooms are dirty. Hairdryer sparked when I turned it on, but staff seemed unconcerned. Exterior of property neglected. Spend the extra $$ to stay somewhere else!!

The mattress is covered in a thick plastic, causing the sheets to slide off. The hallway carpets are extremely stained. The walls are dirty. No amenities that I’m aware of.

This motel is not as advertised online. The carpet in the lobby and on the stairs badly worn, thread are and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. The assigned room had not been cleaned. It looked like someone still occupied it. The receptionist took us to another room that was not much better and the lights couldn't be turned on.The motel should be sbut down I requested my money back and received. We had to find another motel at 9:00pm

The staff person was terrific. Everything else was terrible. We left in the middle of the night. There were dozens of people who gathered at the car wash next door to party all night. The area did not seem safe. The smell in the room was nauseating, and the halls were not better.

This hotel was gross. Bathroom was horrible busted door hole in the celing paint spattered on the carpet. Went downstairs asked for another room . I moved rooms a little better but not much. I bought sheets pillow and blanket cause i was not sleeping on thier sheets. Dirty. Mini frige broken. Had to leave my takeout cause i couldnt keep ot cold. And the charge 100 deposit in case you tear up the room. I should of went somewhere else but i was exhausted from traveling

Toilet ran constantly. No blankets. Had to request blankets and make our own beds. Blankets provided were cigarette burned. Floor not vacuumed. Electrical outlet by sink not working. Under bed not vacuumed in what seems to be weeks. Hard, lumpy mattress. No front desk clerk for over 1/2 hour at check our. No receipt yet. Breakfast set up at 6:08, breakfast hours were to begin at 6. Great shower pressure.

Was checked into a dirty room, had to wait to find another room. New room didnt have fridge(listed as amenity), front desk said only some rooms have them. The inside of the whole building stunk bad, lobby hallways, rooms. Elevator jerks on way up and down. Half of the options for breakfast was "not avaliable today"

The hotel was hard to find, as the address listed is Lindbergh Blvd but it is not even visible from Lindbergh, and you have to take 2 different streets to arrive at the hotel. At check in I was initially ignored by the front desk staff, who were in shift change and were bringing each other up to speed about the problem guests; I had the impression that this hotel was a half-way house for transitioning criminals back into society. I declined to consent to leaving a deposit, as it said that the refund would be issued at the sole discretion of the front desk clerk. When I expressed concern about the damage deposit, the clerk stated that "people are eating chutney in the bed, and we have to buy new sheets". There was an unmistakable odor of marijuana and a dog was running through the lobby. The room turned out to be subpar and lacking in essentials - the remote was missing, carpet was stained and dirty (like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks). The bathtub was dirty, missing the shower head and the shower curtain, and the handle for the hot water was a wrench!! The light switch inside the door didn't work, and this was the darkest room I'd ever walked into. When the toilet was flushed, it produced a very loud noise. I was concerned about the quality of the food considering the cleanliness of the room etc, so I did not partake of the breakfast. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
