Would NOT choose this place again.

The pool room floor is SLICK tile. Extremely hard to walk on with wet feet or shoes! The breakfast was terrible with no fresh fruits, cereal or milk. When we asked for pool towels for 4 people they refused to give more than 3 towels or to stock any towel racks. Wehn we got to our room to check in there was no comforters on the beds, instead one was rolled up in the closet and we had to call the front desk to request one for the 2nd bed. This was definitely the worst comfort suites I have ever stayed at.

The carpet was old and had embedded dirt if you walked barefoot your feet would be black with dirt the extra lock on the door was broken and offered no security other than those things it was an ok experience

While it wasn't an overall bad experience, was not a fan of how not even 10 minutes of us getting there we had to fix the toilet. And it takes a while for the AC to reach the whole room. Other than that, comfy bed, nice space.

My room smelled like cigarettes and he quickly swapped out for me, no problem. Very friendly staff, very nice breakfast spread. Bed was comfy. Room was pretty clean, floors and bathroom could have been nicer. Kind of a weird dodgy neighborhood but the parking lot is fenced in which was the only comfort I had regarding my car’s security.

Not great

If you’re just passing through, this hotel is fine. I chose it because we were attending an event in the area, the hotel was relatively close to it, and it had good reviews. Well those reviews were wrong. It’s just not very clean- the baseboards are dirty, there is dust on furniture that clearly isn’t used often, etc. again, if it’s one night just to sleep, fine. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Bad but doable!

Stayed for the weekend. My disappointment was they have no cable, no smart TVs and you only get about 6 American channels. Also, the restrooms were soooo small that you can barely get in. In addition, there’s only one elevator for a three story building and the only ice machine was in the lobby! I think the rate these hotels charge, you should be able to enjoy your stay comfortably.
