My friend and I stayed here for our annual Christmas shopping event in St. Charles. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was nice, and it is a really nice hotel.

This was a comfortable and clean place to stay on our trip; we loved the festively decorated front lobby and convenient continental breakfast. Staff could have been friendlier, but they were helpful enough.

Our room was clean and spacious. Quiet all weekend. Breakfast was the norm but it was good. Location was great, and why we picked this motel. We could park thr car for the weekend and walk where we wanted to go. Great start to the holidays with Christmas traditions in the Historic District.

There is no hot tub on site, even though it was listed. It was the reason we chose this hotel, so we were very disappointed in the false advertising.

Breakfast was not up to expectations the first morning but better on the weekend. No cleaning was necessary due to short stay. As we were leaving, 2 staff members were dealing with a water leak in a light…when we made a comment about water and electricity they were less than receptive. “ They were handling it.”
