It started with the staff. We booked 3rd party and the room wasn’t what we were expecting. The staff was gracious and found us a room that matched our booking. Very friendly, great ppl. The hotel was clean. We found a baby bottle under our tv stand , but if that is the worst we’re 👍. The breakfast was well set up and stocked. The pool area was clean. Unfortunately, there was a maintenance issue. With 2 kiddos, that is what they were looking forward too, but hey.. that’s 1st world problems. The area is perfect. So close to the shopping area of St. Charles and right on the Katy Trail. Wish we had had one more day.
