We loved our stay here. We meant a group of our friends/family at this location at the Country Inn and Suites in St. Charles, MO. Kay, who works at the front desk, is an angel in disguise! She is the sweetest, most caring person I have ever encountered at a hotel. She went above and beyond making us all feel welcomed, answering questions, always asking us if we needed anything throughout our stay, etc. We will always come back to this hotel in the future, just to see her!

Everything was well kept. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Park was close and a BBQ restaurant next door. Definitely visit there again for a longer stay.

Overall nice place, they have coffee in the lobby all day as well as cookies at the reception desk from 2-8, a very nice touch, they also have laundry facilities if you need them and breakfast is included in the price

Five Star Service!

The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! They gave us a great dinner recommendation. We needed a couple extra pillows and I was able to text the front desk and they brought the pillows to our room! Five star service!
