Hotel Front Desk Clerks were rude and disrespectful. Toilet wouldn’t stop flushing and the heating system in the room would go in and out

Clean and comfortable
Publié le 24 déc. 2023 sur HotelsThis was a perfect choice after a 13 hour drive. The property is clean. The person at the front desk was friendly. There are 2 fast food restaurants and a gas station/convenience store within walking distance. The king room is spacious and the bed was comfortable.

My husband was in a wheel chair and could not get in and out of the tub/shower and I had asked for a walk in shower. House keeping only cleaned and restocked every other day and when we first arrived. The coffee maker was not stocked and I had to call down. Also the iron in our room did not work and I asked for a new one and didn’t get it in time. I was very disappointed in Marriott because of all that went wrong. The one nice thing was the check in associate was very good and friendly enjoyed every time we came back in the evening to her smile and greeting and I needed that because we were visiting our daughter who had just gotten a liver transplant and I wanted a good stay.
