Guest Access: Guests will have access to all areas described in this listing
The Neighborhood: Princeton Heights is one of the safest, most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Take a stroll in the elegant 19th-century Victorian walking park known as Francis Park, or take the short drive over to Grand Blvd to sample the international cuisine and experience the eclectic bars of South Grand, Nestled away from the traffic of downtown in a beautiful neighborhood with great walkability, but still within striking distance of the city center, you'll be a short drive to basically every major tourist destination in St. Louis: Soulard (Anheuser-Busch Brewery, historic district, dining/nightlife), Lafayette Square (historic district), Downtown (the arch/Laclede's landing, Busch Stadium, the Scottrade center, dining/nightlife), the Central West End (Cathedral Basilica, Forest Park, World Chess Hall of Fame, dining/nightlife), the Grove (dining/nightlife), the Hill (historic district, Italian dining), the Loop (historic district, dining/nightlife).
Other Things to Note: â Long-Term Stays â
Unlike most other hosts, corporate housing is our specialty. We prepare our homes not just to handle the needs of guests staying a few days, but for guests staying for months or years. Not only are our homes better equipped for your needs, our long-term rates are among the most competitive available. Guests staying longer than 31 days will not be required to pay sales tax (saving an additional 17%), and will receive huge discounts on add-on services like pets and parking.
âParkingâ
There is usually free parking right in front of the building on Holly Hills (directly in front of the apartment)
We wanted to provide garage parking for guests bringing a car while not inflating the nightly rate for those who wouldn't need it, so we've purchased a limited number of garage parking spaces, and (when available) rent the spaces for $15/night as a convenient add-on option for those who need it. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and we offer discounts for guests staying longer than a week!
âPetsâ
Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $15 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.
Bringing 3 or more pups along? Staying longer than a week? Message us before you book and we will send over a special offer with a discounted pet fee!
âCheck-In, Check-Out, and Support Hoursâ
Check-In: 4pm-9pm Check-Out: 10am
If you have any issues getting in, or have any questions, we're available from 9a-9p, 7 days a week!
âRental Policyâ
Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We reserve the right to place an authorization hold for incidentals and fees, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.
âCancellations + Alterations â
Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure itâs understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.
If there is some doubt as to whether youâll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. The neighborhood was great, parking was easy and we would definitely stay here again!
The pictures accurately described the property. Great location to lots of places to eat and visit. Place was nice and clean and hosed was responsive. Will definitely stay here again.
Nice southside 4 flat. All units are dog friendly. Nice size yard. Good resurant around the corner to south and dog friendly cafe on the around the corner to south
My spouse and I stayed at this 1bedroom apartment for 3.5 weeks. The space is large, especially the bedroom. The bathroom has been updated and there is a good closet organizer in the master bedroom. The kitchen is okay, not enough dishes, etc. for a three week stay without having to use dishwasher often. Not equipped for a lot of cooking, but then again most folks probably donât stay for a long time.Brandon, the host, was a good communicator. Even sent us a warning when tornadoes were coming into St. Louis.
It was OK until I got charged for a couch that was already broken this was already broken not happy
The couch was broke when I got there so I have to wonder how many other people have been charged as I was considering the place was cleaner when I left when it was when I got there
