Same property, decor, etc. as before, but with a new name and signage. The room including the kitchen was clean and everything worked properly. Although there were 2 new rolls of toilet paper (yay), the shampoo and conditioner needed to be filled. The bed was very comfortable and the hall was quiet. My husband slept soundly, even without a sleeping pill. As for breakfast, the booth seating still needed to be cleaned or replaced. The breakfast is decidely continental with all carb options. Oatmeal and waffles were the only warm options. Supposedly they had yogurt but one of the guests came down earlier and took all of it to their room. We will be staying here twice more this summer for concerts at the Ampitheater since it is walking distance, and now know to plan accordingly for breakfast. Overall, I do recommend this property. It suits our needs - clean, quiet, close to the ampitheater, kitchen with full size refrigerator.

Lovely room, however the furniture in the room is in poor condition. Torn and damaged chairs. The breakfast was very disappointing. Nothing but junk food, cereal and waffles. How about eggs? Hard boiled? I’ve stayed at other Larkspur landing properties which had outstanding breakfasts. This place needs to step it up!!

Very clean rooms, very spacious. The ceiling fan was really nice (weird I know but you never see them anymore and I’m a hot sleeper), and the full size fridge and freezer combo is so much better than the crappy mini fridges that most hotels supply. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in St. Louis!

My reservation got switched at some point and I ended up at this location with no reservation. I was still able to book a room at the same rate but now I've paid for the room twice. The hotel itself was conveniently located to Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, which was my reason for selecting it in the first place. If staying there in the future, I won't be using hotels.com.

Pool was filthy. Absolutely the worst I have ever seen. The water was dirty and smelled horrible. Also not much for breakfast was available. No batter for waffles. No eggs. No sausage. They had an area for muffins and juice but it was empty. Ate an Apple and the kid ate a bowl of cereal with 2% skim milk, since that was all that was available.

My husband & I decided to do a staycation over the weekend. Everything was perfect & we had a really pleasant stay over the weekend. We even stayed an extra night! Everything was nice & clean. We'll definitely stay again
