Nice place to stay

I was not expecting this to be like apartments when I booked the room. I thought I had pulled into the wrong location. The room was fully furnished fridge, microwave dishwasher ect.. I was spacious and stocked with everything you would expect in a hotel too.

The room was nice. Very spacious. Location was great. Not too far from attractions in St. Louis. It's right next to the metro station which is convenient if you like to take public transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel all around was up kept and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars, but they were changing names and no longer serve breakfast.

The card key didn’t work each day I tired and had to go back to the office. Very inconvenient.

Hello Annmarie, I am so sorry that happened to you. We know that it's an issue that we have to resolve. I'm happy to say that the property will begin a refresh in April of this year, and all new locks are on that scope. Staff was kind and friendly. Other guests made too much noise late at night in the parking lots.

Room had a bar of soap that had been used. The night I was there a party went on all night in an upstairs unit. Poorly trained desk staff. A hold for incidentals that is still on my card a week later because my check out wasn’t processed properly. Good location but I won’t be staying here again.
