Everything was great, love this hotel! Scott and Luna at the front desk and Charles ln valet were great! Great staff all around!

Posted Mar. 16, 2024 on HotelsFrom the valet to the check-in desk everybody was so kind, helpful and informative. We stay in St. Louis a lot, but we have never stayed here. What a mistake that’s Ben. We love the vibe. We love the convenience and most of all the very kind staff.

We stayed there for 3 days, 2 nights and it was amazing. So many restaurants to try within walking distance. The room was clean, staff was friendly and always willing to help. The rooftop and bar was open late and we met some really nice people. Anytime we’re in St Louis we will stay at Moonrise.

Posted Mar. 14, 2024 on Hotelsgreat stay! fabulous little boutique hotel. an amazing place to stay if you’re visiting the pageant. it’s literally about 500 feet from entrance to entrance. hotel and room very clean. this hotel sells their own candles they burn in the lobby that just smell amazing. and the rainbow staircase!! i mean cmon it’s worth visiting just for that alone ;) the upstairs bar had a good view of the city. oh and you are also provided with NEST products for the bathroom. also we’re allowed early check in. we will definitely be staying here again next time we are going to a show at the pageant! i felt like i was on the moon baby! oh and the parking lot situation was fine. we self parked our rental car behind the hotel in the not secured lot and had no issues. i also did not see any other cars messed with when we left..no broken glass etc..there’s a tiny parking garage down the street but no one could tell us if you actually had to pay the meter to park there (it only took change) didn’t want to risk a tow, so took my chance of a broken window instead but we were totally fine. i was worried for nothing.

The hotel is so cute. It is early March so the rooftop stuff wasn't open, but it was still cool to look out over the area. You can see the arch from there too.
The rooms were clean and spacious, lots of cute moon decor. The bathrooms were clean and had nice toiletries. They smelled wonderful
There is so much to easily walk too. A very cool world market a CVS, lots of delicious dining options.
I was nervous about parking due to other reviews but there were always two security guards when we were out there and it was well lit. They also closed the gates almost all the way late at night so it felt like whoever owns the parking lot took some extra steps to prevent issues.
I would definitely love to stay there again.
