When we first arrived to the room, we noticed dirty dishes on the counter. The front desk woman was very helpful and came to remove them and check the rest of the room. Upon entering the bathroom, we noticed urine on the floor near the toilet. Again, the front desk woman was very friendly, I requested to move rooms but none were available, so she cleaned the entire bathroom. Went to make the pull out couch bed (this was prearranged), no sheets/blankets were available; so I called once again. The nice woman brought some down. I pulled out the bed to notice food crumbs and trash under the mattress and folded within the mattress. Needless to say, my son slept on top of the regular couch with sheets covering everything. I’m very confident this was not a cleaned room when we checked in. We stayed one night and checked out the next day without staying for the 2nd night. Staff are very nice, pool was warm and clean, breakfast was delicious and exceeded expectations, but the room was dirty and aged.

Faciilty needs updating/repairs. Our room was disgusting. Trash can was missed, bathtub had lots of little hairs and dirty shower curtain. Floor hadn't been vacuumed, smudges on furntiure that wasn't wiped down, dishes in cabinets were dirty. Thankfully the one thing clean was the sheets. Very expensive stay for the worst room I've ever had. My guess is they don't have anyone checking rooms after they are cleaned. I would not stay here again and would have left but we had to be at the hospital next door very early the next day.

Would stay again, just avoid breakfast

Convenient me located , felt safe, quiet. Good service. Lobby was nice and clean, well lit. Pool and hot tub were good. Room was clean, cozy. BathTub looked like it had seen better days but was clean. Breakfast was not worth staying for, was microwaved and runny. I got to say that the free breakfast was the worst part of the stay but that said, I would return and stay with them. They are pet friendly.
