This flat/apartment is perfect, exactly as described. Located in the heart of town, convenient to all restaurants and shops. The flat beautifully updated and appointed, and spotlessly clean. We were extremely comfortable and will definitely return.

Frozen pipes with great resolution

We arrived for our second stay at the property only to discover the pipes had frozen and there was no water. Flaneur handled it seamlessly, and moved us to another property in town, the Nauti Hideaway. The new space was fully decorated for Christmas with a great kitchen. We had a lovely Christmas there. My only complaint is that this place is further out of town than we like, but that just meant we got more walking in.

Location, Location, Location!

This was our first trip to St. Michael's, MD and we will absolutely be back. Jennifer's rental couldn't be more convenient right in the center of town on Talbot amongst the shops, restaurants and attractions. Easily walk anywhere! We only used our car once to check out Easton. Clean, all the amenities of home -- thanks so much, we will absolutely stay here again.

Location location location

We had a great stay at this property! It was in the heart of town, shops and restaurants are literally on the doorstep. The property itself is clean, well equipped, spacious and nicely decorated. The only (slightly) negative is that we were there on a lively Friday and Saturday night and this is located on the main street that runs through town next to a bar which stays open quite late. So if you're looking for a quiet stay this might not be the one for you, but if you don't mind a bit of nighttime noise then this place is pretty much perfect and I would certainly recommend it.

A very convenient location in the center of St. Michaels, an easy walk to the Maritime Museum, restaurants, and shops. Nice living area and kitchen, just be aware that it's on the 2nd floor if you have difficulty with steps. Easy parking immediately behind.

Very nice flat in the middle of St. Michaels. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Comfy bed and kitchen seemed well stocked even though we didn’t do any cooking. The flat has been newly renovated and is immaculately clean. Everything you would need is supplied and while we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen is pretty well stocked from what I saw. Super convenient as it is on the main street and you can walk everywhere. It was not a problem for us, but the noise on the street can get a little loud late into the evening if you have the windows open as we did but is was usually quiet by midnight. Also not an issue for us but there are steps outside and in. All in all a perfect weekend getaway!

Perfect Spot for a Weekend Getaway

We stayed at Flat 207 for three nights in August (Thurs. - Sun.). The property is seemingly brand new and beautiful styled. The pictures posted here very accurately portray the rental. The location in town is ideal. We were able to walk everywhere in town in 15 minutes or less. And even being right in the middle of everything, it was very, very quiet (which also says a lot about St. Michaels). We also took advantage of the option of renting Wheelie Good Bikes. It was nice to wake up our first morning there and be able to hop right on the bikes for a casual ride. I really enjoyed our weekend in St. Michaels and would recommend Flat 207 to others. It is a great spot for a couple and would work well for a small, young family, too. The living space and kitchen is very open and spacious.

The unit was fantastic. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean and top of the line interior. It is situated in the heart of St Michaels which allows you to walk everywhere. Jennifer was amazing to work with she is extremely responsive to any and all questions. We are already planning a return trip again. There was nothing overlooked when they stocked the kitchen.
