Publié le 2 janv. 2018 sur ExpediaAppartement grand et bien équipé. Personnel present et attentif. Appartement froid. Pas de chauffage. Chauffage elelectrique et à gaz d'appoint mis à disposition. Il paraît que c'est comme ça à Malte. Salle de bain et notamment douche vetuste.

Merci pour votre avis. Oui, l'appartement est flambant neuf et bien équipé et nous prenons toujours soin de nos clients :) A Malte aucune des maisons n'a le chauffage central. C'est partout dans Malte et pas seulement notre appartement. Nous chauffons au moyen de radiateurs à gaz et de radiateurs électriques comme nous vous l'avons fourni dans l'appartement. Si vous ne les allumez pas, vous aurez froid. Nous sommes également habitués à porter des vêtements épais quand nous sommes à l'intérieur. c'est notre culture.
nous n'avons pas de chauffage central car nos hivers sont très doux donc il ne fait pas si froid. La salle de bain est flambant neuve comme le reste de l'appartement.

Das Apartment liegt in einer gepflegten Umgebung. Ca. 200 m vom Wasser entfernt. Mehrere Bademöglichkeiten, auch mit Sandstrand in der näheren Umgebung.
Jederzeit öffentliche gratis Parkplätze .

Ideally situated excellent apartment in for what for me is the best resort area in Malta. 2 minutes from the sea front & 5 from the centre the owners were extremely helpful. Everything was as I would expect & I’d happily stay here again.

The whole family enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the sea front was ideal. However, we could have done with double pillows as the ones provided were too small. We will happily recommend Seashells Apartments

About the pillows we are disappointed you did not tell us. We have stores full of spares, including pillows of every thickness. We could have easily supplied you with different ones. This is why on every apartment door we have the "We are Listening" notice, where we remind guests all our contact details (phone, whats app, Facebook, and emails) and invite them to tell us how we can make their stay better while they are still on holiday. To do so apart from the stores full of spares, we have Representatives with 2 cars, a fully equipped Maintenance team with 3 vans, and our own Cleaners ready to assist our esteemed guests. The view from the balcony was wonderful and the apartment was spacious and clean. Pillows on the bed were also very soft and comfortable.
