Nichts für Senioren
Für ältere Personen ist diese Wohnung trotz meiner guten Gesamtwertung nicht zu empfehlen.
Die Betten sind niedrig und die Matratzen sehr hart.
Auch die Sitzmöbel (2 Sessel) sind nur für junge Leute geeignet.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. In der ersten Etage wohnte eine Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern.
Da keine Spülmaschine bzw. Mikrowelle vorhanden war, ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis zu hoch angesetzt.

Balkon leider nicht zu benutzen
Die Ferienwohnung entsprach in etwa unseren Vorstellungen.
Die Bezeichnung Südbalkon sollten Sie aus der Beschreibung entfernen. Der Zustand des Balkons ist einfach nur widerlich.
