Chic, small apartment in a house that was once built in the rural villa style of the sixties and shines in practically new splendor after a comprehensive renovation. The total of 4 apartments and flats are modernly furnished and are located in an absolutely quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Ording district on a corner plot of over 1,000 square meters with a southwest orientation.

With its own entrance, this approx. 29 square meter oasis in the attic offers you a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
The large garden with beach chair invites you to relax - a nice alternative to your own furnished terrace.
For your convenience, a washing machine in the utility room is available for a small fee and a dryer (free use).
