George C. McGough Nature Park is only a short walk away. This park is also known as "the turtle park" for its abundant aquatic turtle population. Stroll through the shady oak hammock or through the mangroves along the Intracoastal waterway. Make sure you visit the nature center which houses live animal exhibits and hands-on activities for children.

Walsingham Park is under 3 miles away and offers a 6-mile shared-use trail, playground, fitness area, fishing platform, picnic shelters, and more.

The Florida Botanical Garden is also only a short drive away and provides 90 acres of local and tropical flora as well as the Heritage Village, Butterfly Garden, and Wildlife Lookout.

Woj Snowbirds

This was our first experience as snowbirds😎, and it was wonderful thanks to our hosts Jeanne & Chad. We immediately felt "at home" in their cute, comfortable, cozy bungalow! They provided everything we needed. We relaxed in the hot tub often and shared a few evenings by the fire pit with friends. So many great restaurants close by to enjoy good wine & delicious meals after a beautiful day at the beach⛱ (Indian Rocks Beach just 1 mile away & Clearwater Beach just a short drive). Location is also extremely convenient to grocery store, pharmacy, clothing store... We highly recommend staying here, Jeanne exceeded our expectations✹

Perfect little bungalow!

The house is way better than the pictures show. Check in process was easy and so was check out. Beds were incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub. Whole house was bigger than we he pictures show. Just a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach which has beautiful sunsets. Also in other directions has almost any store you might need. Also close to Tampa for trips to ZooTampa, or Busch gardens. Would gladly stay again.

Great stay close to the beach

Wonderful location for hitting up beach things. Walking distance to several restaurants/ bars. Fantastic owners were very responsive. Lots of very thoughtful touches all over the home. We were very comfortable there. While there we enjoyed the hot tub, giant connect four and playing scrabble on the back patio table. Out and about we really liked the Salvador Dali museum and Sharkey's glow kayak guided tour at St. Pete's Beach. Favorite beach eats were 20 minutes up the road at Frenchy's.
