12-2-2025 Update: Splash Harbour Water Park will be closed for Maintenance from January 19th to January 31st, 2026, however, the pool will be "mostly" open during these dates. According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing.

Enjoy the views of the Intracoastal from this unit's back balcony and views of the water park from the front balcony. 4 FREE daily water park passes and parking for one car is included!

This 5th floor 2/2 condo and has been totally renovated and located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park". A fully stocked kitchen and stackable washer/dryer are provided.

Unit 5520 comes with 4 free daily splash Harbour Water Park passes and one parking pass.

This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, full-size stackable washer and dryer, 2 private balconies (overlooking the waterpark and another overlooking the intracoastal) and 2 queen beds in each bedroom.

Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located on the 6th and 7th floor for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see!

The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.

Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar,and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and 4416 Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!

We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR.

You will have access to the water park (4 daily passes come with every reservation).

The Water Park on premises.

Your car, uber or there is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a minimal daily fee.

Thermostats: You can adjust the temperature on each one but they all need to all be on heat or cool to work.

You need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you a wristband to wear while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed, at a discount. The pool is part of the water park. So, you do need a pass to use the pool until the park side closes (usually 6 pm). You can then use the pool from 6 to 10 without passes.

Parking: One spot comes with every reservation in the garage, along the side street or yellow lined area of the parking lot across from the gift shop.

If you have a 2nd car, feel free to find a free parking spot on the street or you can park in the lot across from the gift shop for a $20 daily fee.

Owner/agent provides you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag and a laundry/dishwasher pod. It is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the stay.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

This unit is Self check-in; there is nowhere to store your luggage should you arrive before your check-in time. This unit is not affiliated with Hotel Connections.

There is a County Beach nourishment project to include placing additional sand on the beaches of Sand Key (Clearwater Beach to Belleair Beach and Indian Rocks Beach to North Redington Beach), Treasure Island and Upham Beach, however they do this in small stages, thus, beach use will be available on either side of the beach area that they are working on.

This is our 5th time at this complex and first time in this particular unit. Communication was great as always, they were very quick to respond to questions. The unit was nice like all we’ve stayed in but it did seem like it’s ready for a deep clean. The garbage can was the kind with a step lid and the hinge area on the lid was very full of crumbs and food, pretty gross. The floors were dirty, the dryer was full of sand, and some of the bedding was stained. There also wasn’t a broom which with sand from the beach is a necessity! I ended up buying a 10 broom from Publix so no big deal. Also, some of the outlets were missing covers and several of them didn’t work. None of it affected our stay and we still had a great time, just a few ways to improve. We will definitely be back!

Condo as pictured. Modern and clean. The mattresses are very comfy. The view of the harbor was great to sit and relax at end of long day at beach. Everything is walking distance. Small blocks all with sidewalks. Pedestrian friendly. Will come again. Stayed with my husband and 2 daughters 17 and 10.

Awesome stay!

We couldn't recommend this condo enough! Stayed here for 7 nights with our 3 children. The condo was very clean and well kept. Plenty of board games and beach toys to keep everyone entertained. Enjoyed the two separate balconies. Sipped coffee each morning watching the dolphins. My boys ended up fishing on the docks which they loved; bonus was that we could easily see them from our balcony. Food/drinks for sale down at the water park we're fairly priced. Definitely will be staying again!

Clean condo, great water park location

Unit was clean and nicely updated. Two bed/two bath unit had recent updates with nice decor and appliances. Good communication from management company. We did not get to use the waterpark this trip, but would definitely come back. Parking can be a bit of a struggle. Lots of walkable restaurants and beach access.

Perfect for our family of 5. Clean. Everything we needed. So pleased with the whole experience, spent 2 weeks in this unit and have no complaints. Just great.

So great!

This place was great. The water park is amazing for kids, the place was clean and in a great location. Can’t beat for families! Easy walk to the ocean, ice cream, restaurants. We will definitely be back!

This place was as advertised. It was very clean and convenient. We enjoyed the stay. If I could make one suggestion it would be help with the tv channels. A little guide would be nice. Even one that tells you where the guides were since there were 3. Not a complaint, just suggestion. As we figured ot out.

Sisters Trip for 60th Birthday

The unit looked exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and plenty of start up items. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The daily water park pass was great for relaxing and we enjoyed floating on the lazy river. Only problem was one of the elevators did not work. Overall very nice!

Our Florida vacation

A great place to stay in Florida! We will definitely look into booking it again next year. Loved having the 2 balconies - ensured we could sit in sun or shade at any time of day. The water park was lots of fun and our unit came with 4 daily passes for the length of our stay. Close walk to the gulf and a cupboard full of of beach equipment. We had a couple of minor issues that were quickly rectified by very pleasant Bobby!

Great stay

Superb accommodation. Great plot within the complex with views over both the pool as well as the harbour. Great selection of beach equipment to take which helped a lot. Pool complex was a favourite with the kids. Some crumbs on the floor when we arrived but otherwise flawless and beautiful. A few things inside didn’t work but the agents taking care of it responded almost instantly and fixed those ASAP (minor issues that could happen anywhere). Will be returning next year as it’s so good!
