The Space:

Welcome to Aldea 3



This beautiful condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it comfortably accommodates a total of 6 guests.



This beachfront condo is ideal for small families or snowbirds escaping the winter months or anytime.



We provide a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining room table seating for 6 guests. The kitchen counter offers extra dining seats for 3 guests and extra counterspace that can serve as a desk if you need a workspace. This condo has beautiful and comfortable interiors throughout to make your stay feel like your at home.



The living room has comfortable leather sofas and a flat screen TV to take in a movie when its time to relax.

Primary bedroom offers a King bed with ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom offers a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Hallway bath has a tub/shower combo.



This condo is easy access to the beach – just walk out your sliding glass doors from this ground floor unit, take a couple steps and you're on the beach! Can't get any easier than that to hear the sound of the waves during the day or to enjoy at night.



The covered patio where you can have your coffee while watching those enjoying the water or taking a walk. It is pure bliss! Magnificent sunsets are not to be missed.



This charming beachfront condo is the perfect place for your vacation and a short drive to either Clearwater Beach or Indian Rocks Beach – yet located in a nice, quiet residential area.



Aldea beachfront community offers beautiful landscaping and is well maintained for your enjoyment year round. The shared pool is heated for the winter months, and has an easy access to the beach. This community is mainly residential but ideal for those wanting a peaceful vacation.

Location was perfect. No crowds and many times the beach was all ours. Nice and quiet away from the touristy noise if Clearwater and a Indian Rocks. Highly recommend and would love to go back. Wish check out was later than 10am.

Quiet and Clean

We spent a week here and didn't want to leave. The management company was a pleasure to work with and the place was clean and exactly as stated. The views were wonderful and it was a quiet and private beach. Only thing I'd suggest is maybe having a couple baby items available, high chair and pack and play and maybe make space in the kitchen to be able to store some food off the counter. Otherwise, we loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

Excellent location in quiet, residential neighborhood. Felt like a safe location. Just steps from back patio to beach for shell collecting, watching dolphins, strolling the beautiful sand beach. Condo was well-equipped, TVs in each bedroom, charcoal grill on the back patio. Property manager did a fantastic job of keeping us informed of what to expect before/during our stay and at check-out. There were 6 adults in our group, no issues at all in sharing this condo space. Would definitely recommend this rental to others.

The view of the beach/ocean from the living room was lovely and we loved being just a few short steps from the unit to the beach. The condo had plenty of beach towels, had beach chairs, boogie boards, fishing poles, and a metal detector to use on the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and the unit was clean. Any questions I had were answered promptly by the property manager. I would definitely stay here again. The condo complex was close to many restaurants/stores/attractions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay with BTR. We had stayed at the same property a couple years ago and didn’t have the same positive experience. The staff was very attentive and the rental process was easy. If I had to give one suggestion, I would encourage the owner or rental company to add additional food storage containers, mixing bowls and a muffin pan. We like to cook throughout the week and there wasn’t a lot of storage containers for leftovers. Also my son missed his muffins for the week (lol) but we were able to make blueberry ‘bread’ instead!

We love location and property is wonderful with beach and pool access. The view is beautiful. The condo needs new smaller furnishings in living room. The rugs in bathroom had bleach marks and were very distasteful. Trashy looking! Owner needs to put some money into some new rugs and furniture. Some of bath towels were really old and dingy with frayed edges. Was not very attractive, Madrid feel like we were staying in a cheap hotel!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at aldea for 6 years. We love this area. Beach is clean and not crowded. Condo was clean and spacious. Kitchen was very nice. Was not fond of the living room furniture or the decor but that would not stop me from staying here again
