This apartment is on the second floor, with one flight of stairs to walk (18 steps), an 730 sq ft one-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium unit with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room, and a beautiful patio-type balcony. Bedroom includes a comfortable queen size bed, private bathroom with a walk-in closet and a flat 32" television. Towels, pillows and linens are included. Dining area provides a table that can easily sit four guests. Specious living room area is furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table and a flat 42" screen smart HD television. Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, new dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, as well as all the pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Unit also has an in-unit new washer and dryer. For your convenience the apartment is accessible via a keyless door lock so you do not have to worry about accidently misplacing your key. Free Cable TV and High-Speed Internet is included in this rental.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 1/2 month stay. It felt like a home. Very roomy, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable queen bed. Owners were friendly, and very quick to respond to any question we had. Pool was wonderful, with friendly, welcoming people. Location was perfect. Could walk to restaurants, and stores. Quick drive to other surrounding places. We highly recommend.

A Great Vacation

Unit was exactly what we needed for a two-week getaway from the cold northern winter. Everything we needed was provided - pool towels, dinnerware, coffee pot (drip and Keurig) and grocery stores were close by. Would highly recommend. Only complaint is that it was on the second floor, but after two weeks we were used to them.

Avalon Clearwater

This is a wel appointed spacious (for a 1-BR) condo with a lovely 2nd floor porch. Comfortable bed, excellent water pressure and hot water, full kitchen & large capacity washer and dryer. Location is decent with Publix across the road and restaurant next door. While the immediate area is not exciting, access to Clearwater and environs is relatively easy. Hosts have done their best to think of everything.

a gem in Clearwater

The condo was exactly what was needed for a short Thanksgiving get away. Centrally located for easy short drives to Clearwater beaches, Dunedin, and Tarpon Springs, and very close to supermarket, stores, and restaurants. Clean and reliably functional for homemade meals and comfortable sleeping. We enjoyed our stay.

Think Twice Before Renting

Altho the property was conveniently located, the unit itself was filthy. - I washed all of the floors using a clean bucket of water for each of the four floors. Each bucket was murky black from the dirt. - I washed the bedspread bc it was dirty too. - The blinds, doors and light switches need a good dusting - The bed linen was old - I’m not sure the sheets were changed but they had those pill beads on them that made sleeping for me uncomfortable. (I bought sheets to use during my stay) - Lastly, the condo doesn’t look at all like the picture from the internet. Everything is old and worn. I’m sorry to be so harsh but I was very disappointed in this property. I would not recommend anyone staying here unless the owners do a deep cleaning and updating.

Nice location, plenty of amenities. Gated community and only one gate key so every time I came home from work my hubby had to drive all the way to the front to get the gate to open....and the apt is all the way in the back. Would have been nice to have 2 keys. Roof started leaking when it was raining, the host sent someone out to look at it but when they came out just said the condo association would have to fix the roof....so it will probably be leaking for awhile would be my guess.

Dorthy & Pete were awesome hosts . This Condo was perfect for a get away from the cold winter we had in MN. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would for sure book again . Price was very reasonable as well .

Unit was as described, neat and orderly. Owner very responsive to a few issues we had, which were minor. Plenty of parking. The location of the condo complex was in a much busier area than expected. Only con was the amount of noise from the neighbors above, and the trash bin outside. Weather was wonderfully warm, and we were close to the beach.

Clean, cozy unit in a quiet complex

I rented this unit for my mom to be a "snowbird" for a month from PA. This unit had everything she needed and it was very convenient to have shopping right across the street she could walk to. The pool is heated and was good for light exercise as well as walking around the complex. It is not really convenient to the beach if you don't have a car, but if you do, this is central to many local activities and a short drive to the beach. Dorothy and Pete were wonderful at responding to messages and even adjusting our reservation when needed. They were great hosts! I definitely recommend this for a single person or couple for a short or extended stay.

Winter get away

This unit was great! It was very clean, roomy & comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Love the covered patio. The owner was quick to answer any question or problems. The whole proper itself was well maintained. It’s close to a lot of restaurants. The only negative is the unit was in the very back of the property. Our view from the patio was parking lot of close businesses & dumpsters. We heard everyone throwing away their trash all day & trucks dumping garbage bins. Overall we would definitely reserve this unit again. Loved it!!!
