This was our 2nd stay at this property and would come back again. The property was well maintained, clean and a convenient location to so many activities. The rooms were nice and the beach front was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend.

Excellent location. Beach view was delightful. Rooms were very clean and kitchen supplies were very nice. Grills are a nice addition and everything about this resort is perfect.

Great place on the beach, close to John's Pass
Publié le 3 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed in the beachfront building, good for 2 adults, or maybe a family of 3 with 1 small child? Great spot on the beach, nice balcony with excellent view. Noted: there is another building in back of this one that appears to have the larger units, so do your homework before reserving. The facilities were adequate. There is a nice breakfast spot and Mexican restaurant withing easy walking distance and John's Pass is 2 blocks away. We will be back!

Great Location high priced for the condition
Publié le 2 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe room was very high priced for what we got. The room is in need of updating. The bed squeaked when sitting on it, tile was chipped, tub had a hole in it. The clientele was low end. College aged group in hot tub very inappropriate loud conversations clearly intoxicated. Someone was outside pounding on the door and yelling for over a half hour. No hotel staff after 9:00 to check in or resolve problems. I did not like the fact that you don’t get your room cleaned each night and have to put a basket outside for towels. The coffee maker was broken and the coffee was terrible. We loved the location it was on the beach and next to John’s pass. The room was also good sized. I expected a nicer room for the money. I guess you pay for location. The roof top was fantastic for sun sets. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. I would not come close to this during spring break I can only imagine the drunken disorderly people that would be there. I prefer a quiet family friendly environment. Also the sun is blocked most of the day near the pool area. The hot tub was nice, it could have been turned up. I definitely expected more for my money. I’m glad we spent an extra night in Orlando.

Barefoot was sooo close to the beach and we enjoyed the pool. John’s Pass is literally a minute down the road and staff was super helpful (especially Abby). My only concern was our building only had one elevator, and when it broke down, people with mobility issues were significantly impacted.

Dishwasher was broken, elevator was out for 1 day, in-house items are bare minimum, but everything is clean, and all the important parts are there and comfortable. Staff is accommodating, pool is heated, and it's the right price. We very well may be back.
1 of our 2 bedrooms was quiet, dark, and wonderful. The other had hallway light pouring in all night and noise from a semi-busy road going all night. I used ear plugs and put a T-shirt over my eyes. Not that big of a deal, but worth noting. If you stay in the building directly on the beach, you probably wouldn't have to deal with the noise or lights.

The walk to the pool and beach was easy. Our only issue was the elevator was down one day. I was told they were putting a second elevtor
