Here is a great opportunity to rent the top floor 3 bed, 2 bath unit of popular Beach Place Condos! Please note Beach Place #505 has assigned 2 parking spots with no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

This ideal retreat will be your home away from home, where everything is here to start your get-away. This beautifully designed property starts in the bright and open kitchen, with plenty of granite counter space, newer appliances and seating for up to 6 people. Utilities are stocked for your convenience for any of your cooking needs.

The living room has a leather loveseat and 4 additional comfortable chairs, perfectly situated next to the private balcony which offers views of John's Pass Village and Gulf waters. Here is the perfect spot to indulge in your favorite cocktail while experiencing one of a kind Florida weather! The master bedroom is attractively furnished with 2 queen size beds, television and access to the balcony. The spacious second guestroom has a king sized bed, sitting area and television. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds, closet and dresser drawer space. This is a perfect unit for couples or families. Linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. This is a non-smoking home, with free WIFI, but no phone. Community laundry is available in the same building.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need.

Naturally 505 Beach Place is steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities are here as well.

Horrible experience

I’ve been booking this beach condo for years, and it used to be one of my favorite spots for a relaxing getaway. However, this year’s experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the staff was noticeably rude and dismissive — a complete change from the welcoming service I was used to.To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service multiple times during our stay. I’m currently 8 months pregnant, and our room was on the 5th floor. There were several occasions when I had no choice but to walk up all those flights of stairs, which was not only exhausting but also incredibly unsafe for someone in my condition.Sadly, this visit has completely changed how I feel about staying here, and I won’t be returning in the future. It’s unacceptable to treat loyal guests this way and to not ensure basic amenities — like a working elevator — are consistently functional.

Better than anticipated

We've stayed here before in other units so were prepared for anything. We were very pleasantly surprised at how up to date this unit was and the cleanliness. The location is perfect, can walk anywhere with a short drive for some groceries. Gorgeous view of the bridge, corner of the beach and could easily see fishermen. Definitely would stay again!

A great spot to hang

We really enjoyed the space. It has a wonderful view and a great location right across from Johns Pass. The beach is one of our favorites and there is a lot to do around the space. There are a lot of amenities on property as well.

balcony of bird crap.....

Not impressed... Balcony was full of bird *hit... beautiful view of John's Pass which we couldn't use due to the balcony covered in Bird *hit!! Complained to management and was told someone would be up to clean....Mel was the guys name. Never show up?? We were there 4 nights Management refunded us $99.00...The view from the balcony was the main reason we rented it. Disappointed !

We stayed at the Beach Place rm 505 and there was plenty of room for 5 of us. it was a great location right across the street from Johns pass warf. lots to do there from fishing trips, dolphin tours etc. lots of eating places very close by. i would definitely stay at this place again. location location location. the room we had faced the Johns pass bridge but you could see the ocean. could be a little loud during rush hours when sitting on the balcony but nothing to complain about. the only downfall that i saw, and even that wasn't a big factor, but the elevator was very hot inside with no air movement. not sure anything could be done about that since it is hot there but that is really the only thing i would mention. very nice stay and i highly recommend staying here for 3 bedrooms.

Perfect location!

We completely enjoyed our time in #505! Such a nice space. A million times better than staying in a hotel. Great views, beautiful pool area, amazing beach! Friendly staff, convenient parking, quiet surroundings. Walk right under the bridge to Johns Pass. Watch dolphins swimming by from the balcony. Really just perfect!

Great Place to Stay

We had a family vacation and stayed at Beach Place #505. Our view is of John's Pass waterway and the Gulf. We had a great time. I've been here a couple times before and continue to stay in this area for the beach and John's Pass stuff. The condo was wonderful. They had a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toddler life jackets, golf clubs, baby crib, extra pillows and blankets, even a stroller. They also had a few card cards, legos and dominos. Kitchen completely stocked with dishes, pans, grilling utensils. Madeira Beach is very pretty. The pool was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs for tanning. I would stay here over and over again.

Perfekt location!

Great location! Spacious condo. Beautiful view at three directions! The beach awesome! Standing on the balcony and watch dolphins! Big bedrooms! Would be perfect if there was some spices in the kitchen. The mattresses was very hard. Hot and slow elevator but still I would come back! :)
