Beach Place #209 - Planning a Vacation? Have a young family? What better place to soak up some sun than this large 1 bedroom, 1 bath gulf front condo! Free Wifi. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions. Please note this condo has one parking spot. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Enjoy all that 209 Beach Place has to offer including Italian porcelain tile throughout and newly remodeled kitchen, with natural maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The large living area provides plenty of natural light and includes a new flat panel television. Step outside to the balcony and take in the beautiful beach views. Imagine watching the sunsets from this beautiful area throughout your stay!

Updated master bedroom with two pillow top queen mattresses and television. The master bathroom has granite counter, new sink, faucet and lighting with decorative tile surrounding the bathtub and shower area. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are on the property, not in the condo, for your convenience.

Free Wifi is also included. Local calls and Long Distance to the U.S. and Canada are free. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Visitors enjoy the ideal location of this complex, just steps from the beach, heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities. One of the most popular attractions is directly across the street! John's Pass Village is a must see for tourists who enjoy a great family environment. Just steps from the front door, this eclectic attraction is highly noticeable due to it's pirate themed boardwalk. Wonderful, updated condo close to the boardwalk with many restaurants and shopping. Being right on the beach makes for a quick trip or all day affair at the beach!

Spring Break trip with other families. Really liked the location of the unit being across the road from John’s Pass. Enjoyed watching the boats coming in and going out from the lanai. Condo was nice overall-could use new mattresses. Would stay again!

The condo was wonderful!!! You couldn't ask for better balcony views and the chairs were sooo comfy!!! We had the most beautiful sunsets just about every night even though there were storms out in the ocean each day. Only small negative, the bedroom & bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze. Understand having 2 beds in the bedroom but would be better to just have a kingsize bed with a bit more room. But we would definitely book again because of the balcony and comfy chairs!!! We always spend so much time on the balcony and that is the main area we look at first when booking!!! Daily routine is to walk the beach numerous time looking for shells. My relaxation!! And another plus is Beach Place, is the perfect location, to be able to walk over and visit John's Pass for great food, shopping and walking the boardwalk! Always a must, is to do a Sunset Cruise and we had the most beautiful sunset! This is our 6th time coming back to Madeira Beach and 2nd time staying at Beach Place and will be back again!!!

Balcony has direct views of the Gulf and amazing sunsets. The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay though may be missing some amenities if you’re doing much cooking. The dealbreaker for us was the mattresses—they desperately need replaced.

The two beach chairs and umbrella was a plus. Nice place just not for us.

Beautiful condo with a lovely ocean view

Disappointed with the lack of amenities. No beach towels, no cooler, only 1 beach chair, no spices or stuff. No pens or pencils or papers or the like. No paper towels or hand soap. When we stayed at Maderia Norte last year, they had all that and more. Washer and dryer with the soap. Coolers galore. Beach toys and a cart to take all back and forth. A junk drawer with all kinds of little odds and ends. I also really liked dealing directly with the owner. Quick to respond to questions. The ladies that work the reception area were not very friendly-especially the one who sits on the right. The condo was lovely, the view, the pool, the beach, the location was great, just got really spoiled last year. We did not have a car, so the stuff we bought we had to leave. I am going to think that this association throws everything out that people leave behind, which is too bad. I will do more research next time. We really had a great time though and loved the food, John’s Pass, the friendliness of almost everyone! The music, the bands, the cocktails, the views, the beach, all were great!

We stayed at this resort twice before and enjoyed our stay each time. The condo has an excellent view of the gulf and partial view of Johns pass. The condo was clean, my only complaint was no ceiling fans, that would be a great help in keeping cool in the summer months. The one drawback of the property is it’s next to public parking and the locals come and set camp on the beach in front of the property. Sometimes the pool area gets a little rowdy late in the day. It has easy access to John’s Pass and the boardwalk with all the restaurants.

Great vacation property located near lots of shops & food.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time using this rental company and staying at Beach Place. We have stayed in Madeira/Treasure Island area other times and this was a great location close to shops & many restaurants. The description was accurate to its online description. It was clean upon our arrival and someone was always cleaning the property during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to have beach access and things to do in walking distance around them. Sun Host was a great company to rent from and made the check in process very easy. We loved being able to go from the condo to the beach and then up to get ready & just walk across the street to eat and the many choices available there at Johns Pass. We would definitely stay at Beach Place again.
