Private fenced sand backyard leads directly to the water through your own private gated pathway.

An easy walk to local restaurants and shopping for staple items adds to the easy lifestyle you will enjoy during your stay on beautiful Treasure Island.

You can either rent this unit (North side) by itself or rent the entire property by adding VRBO 1141275 (South side) to your rental.

Both sides share a common covered patio with plenty of tables and chairs for each side either independently or jointly. There is also a shared outdoor shower area for a quick and easy rinse when returning from your time on the beach.

Each side has it's own premium charcoal grill for added enjoyment of the unique and inviting beachfront space.

This is our 2nd time staying here and the access to the beach is unbeatable. Two bathrooms is perfect for us and our two daughters. Close to shopping and eating options, but far enough away from the beach crowds. Perfect.

Everything you need and more!

Clean, well appointed ON the beach! We loved our time here. The mattresses are AMAZING, with high quality bedding and towels. Awesome to have a really nice washer and dryer in the unit. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, and the outdoor shower was fab. We could walk to KaTiki and several restaurants so close by! We will be back!

Terrific beach house

The price was fair, duplex had a great neighbor and the beach was perfect. The unit was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. They even stocked it with garbage bags, paper towel, laundry detergent, and tp. I won’t hesitate to book this place again.

Great place to stay with my furbaby!

It was so nice being able to step out of the sliding glass door and have a fenced lot for Chloe’s needs. The rental was almost entirely on one floor so very little luggage had to be carried upstairs. You can park right outside the front door making access easy. The kitchen was well stocked. The only suggestion I would make to future travelers is bring a noise maker like a fan or sound machine for sleeping. Both bedrooms have windows facing the road and white noise would be helpful for better sleep. I would definitely stay again with a furbaby!

Enjoyable stay on the beach. Well equipped kitchen, easy access to the beach, beautiful sunsets, and great shelling. Publix grocery store just down the street. Good restaurant choices nearby. Sandy yard enclosure with convenient outside rinse station. We enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay on Treasure Island in this great property. The pictures really do, do it justice. Very well apportioned for beach goers (chairs/umbrella /access) and those who stay in. Kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals, and the charcoal grill is a great bonus. Fenced lot is perfect for your dog, if they travel with you. Beach front bar / restaurant in easy walking distance down the beach. Full grocery / liquor store very close - .6 miles Check in / out very easy. Will check this property’s availability first the next time we’re traveling to the area.

This is our third stay at this property and we will be booking again soon. This property is perfect for the homebody that just wants to relax at the beach. It's also very close to all the restaurants and shops that anyone could want to visit. We love that the whole family can enjoy the space and we can all unwind.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and spacious for our family of five. We cooked alot of our meals, the kitchen met all those needs. The place does seem to be on the quite end of Treasure Island, but a short walk or Lyft ride will take you to dinner and shopping. The beach...loved how close it is to the house. The girls found alot of sand dollars and beautiful shells. There was a sea turtle nest out behind the unit, this was fun to check out.

Another perfect stay!

This has been our go-to vacation spot for the last four years. We’re already looking at re-booking for later this year. The location is perfect, life is a slow, relaxing pace, the community is wonderful and the home is cozy and comfortable. Martha has become like a friend and the owner, Terry, is great to have as a neighbor. They make sure we have everything we need and are doing alright. It’s always a perfect stay!

Family Beach Trip

Can’t say enough good things about this place. It was located in a continent spot between grocery stores, coffee shops, places to eat and cute shops. The covered patio and fenced backyard make a great place for little ones to play. The convenience of the beach being right out the back gate is great too if you’re like us and forget things often. Overall it’s a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!
