Perfect for Families and Groups

The location was perfect, within walking distance from the beach. The house was well appointed with everything needed for a great vacation or short term housing. Pet friendly and with what is essentially an in-law suite, kids, parents and couples can have the privacy that is often lacking in hotel stays. Three very nice bathrooms and BIDETS!!The hosts were very accommodating and if I come back to Tarpon, I would definitely stay again.

This was a great house in a great location for our trip. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.There is plenty of room throughout the house. The bedrooms are on different sides of the house creating privacy for multiple families. 3 full bathrooms creates ease when everyone is getting ready to head out for the day. There is a full kitchen with separate dining room. The screened porch area is large and plenty of seating. There is definitely a view of the sea from front of the house. This house is approximately 5 minutes from Sunset Beach, 10 from Fred Howard Beach, 7 from Spring Bayou, 10 minutes from Sponge Docks and Downtown Tarpon Springs. Honeymoon State Park was 20-25 minutes and Clearwater Beach was 35-40 depending on traffic.

First impressions were 0k. Went to put food in refrigerator and it was filthy. Had to clean it completely before putting food in. Didn't have a coffee pot, requested one from host and brought one the next day. Looked like it came out of storage, very dusty. Outside the grill was not the cleanest, gas tank was empty. Host brought another next day, worked for 5 minutes and was empty. Filled both tanks and she did refund my costs. Various minor items needed to repair if host took the time to go through. Cleaning people should be informing host of items to be fixed. Great location, host was very receptive and helpful with sugestions for restaurants and things to do. Overall I'd give it a 7 out of 10.
