Room dirty. Hotel was full so they couldn't move us. They did bring up cleaning supplies. I has left multiple messages asking management to contact me. Also, filled out Comfort Inn survey asking for management to contact me. I got a response from Comfort Inn corporate offering points (didn't even ask for explanation). After a few emails back & forth I was finally granted a refund (less travelocity booking fee)......still no contact from hotel management.

Avoid it!! Gentlemen’s club next door, dirty sheets and actual food on the comforter, weed spilled in the hallway, they gave our room to someone else with our details still on the reservation which still concerns me about charges and it took over an hour to get a new room. It was so dirty, would never go back.

Nice place, staff is professional and friendly. They do provide transportation to Clearwater airport, wish they did for Tampa airport but that will not stop me am from staying with them in the future.

The staff where extremely nice and accommodating, they always had a smile and where overall so sweet!! only thing I could comment would be the room smelled a little funky so we bought fabreeze and it was better. Pool was cold but it didnt stop the kids from swimming.
