This cozy, budget friendly condo will provide you with everything you need for a relaxing Florida vacation. With very well maintained landscaping, a beautiful outdoor pool and a private dock on a quiet canal, you will be able find everything you desire at a very affordable price.

Located just north of the main downtown area of Treasure Island, it's an easy walk over to some wonderful (and fun!) restaurants and bars, but far enough away that you are never bothered by crowds or noise. Getting to the beach is easy, with a 5-10 minute easy walk over to the most beautiful sand and water that the Gulf of Mexico can offer.

Cute place nice room for a studio,bed comfy close to beach..my only complain is the pool was advertised as heated and it wasn't, seems a waste to pay to have it cleaned and nobody uses it.all you can do is sit and get sun and wish it was warm.i did inform itrip and they said when it gets warmer they turn it down not true..talk to other people that have been there for weeks never been warm...sad cause we would have returned, one reason we rented there or anywhere we go is it has to be a heated pool..i feel like we were cheated out..

What a location. Really, you couldn't ask for anything better.. Its literally across from the public beach. The pool was perfect and the condo had everything we needed for a week. It was mismatched easy beach style, which was adorable. The only thing to note, and hopefully they will figure it out because its such a great rental, were the beds. They were terribly uncomfortable. If they replaced the beds, or added a mattress topper, it would make such a huge difference, you cant have an rental with uncomfortable beds. Other than that- the hosts were terrific and the unit was wonderful....best location on Treasure Island, period.

Treasure Island get away

Property was as advertised and in a great location for us. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars. Property was well stocked with plates and utensils. Overall property was clean, floors were swept, however, needed a good scrubbing. We enjoyed our stay.

Treasure Island stay

As on the ad, it's a studio with a double bed & basic amenities. Pros: new supplies of dish washing liquid, min soap. Towels and linens are white (good practice). Good water pressure, adequate lights, TV with several streaming channels (netflix, etc). Near John's Pass (a vibrant hub in the area w/restaurants, rentals, etc). Beach chairs/cooler avail but we didn't use, we brought our own beach towels as well. I like the quiet back with calm water from the canal, great place to have a quick outdoor meal late in the afternoon when the sun wasn't so fierce. Cons: dead roaches on floor (ok for some, not for us! and it means pesticide was present somewhere), old faucets (upgrade a must), front door has gaps (thus bugs can enter easily). A bit of a walk to the beach. No dishwasher (best sanitizing method in covid time! a hot cycle will disinfect prior and we'll run all through prior to our departure as courtesy for the next guest but no dishwasher here). No landline and our phone was on airplane mode (Canada does not have free roaming or data service in the US) so making local calls ie: restaurant reservations...were costly! Overall I appreciate the detailed arrival instructions, prompt response from owner/mgmt company. Quick responses are necessary in case of emergency. This rental is fine for those with basic needs, you can get supplies from stores nearby. Reasonable rental cost compensates for the few inconveniences above.

Great Experience

We found this rental very clean and comfortable. This includes the room, grounds, laundry area and pool area. It is a short, safe walk to a public beach area and several eating options are also in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

This was booked as a quick getaway for my daughter before college starts back up. She and her boyfriend found the location convenient and really appreciated the bonus area activities recommended and discounted by leasing agency. Perfect set up and a Great Location

Studio style accommodations with full kitchen and bathroom. Unit had couch, chairs and TV and cable and WiFi. Located a short walk from the beach and close to multiple restaurants. Stay also comes with some free activities such as free bike rental.

Thumbs up experience

The view cannot be beat, and we really enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. First night the water was only warm so we didn't shower, but then it was fine and had sufficient heat the rest of the stay. The shower curtain could stand to be replaced. The vent in the bathroom needs a cleaning. We did see a few tiny ants around the bathroom sink each night. But the view cannot be beat, the bed was comfortable and we really appreciated the transport to and from the airport. Overall a thumbs up experience

Nice Location

The location was great and the studio was nice, but lacked a few items I would of liked (cheese grader, more covers for pots). What we did not like was that they were performing maintenance the three days we were there. The pool was closed because they were making some modifications and the laundry room was closed because of some painting and maintenance going on there. The pool was one of the draws to the rental. We have managed rentals in the past and doing maintenance during the high season is not advisable. And if certain areas are going to be closed the renters should be advised in advance. ++++++

Treasure island stay

The location is amazing.. very close to the beach and restaurants. The cleaning of the apartment was very poor. We found dirty sheets, dirty floor and dirty kitchen. The pillows smelled bad. If you don’t like a noise during the night the very noisy refrigerator is not the best!!!!
