Not What We Thought

I'll start with the positive(s); this unit was on the beach. The unit was dirty and had a strong chemical smell to it, so much so that I had trouble breathing while inside. There were still cup rings on the coffee table and there was dirt and possiblerl mold all around the edge of the table. The door had a huge gap underneath, which didnt make me feel too safe. It is very run down and cramped. The only things clean were the dishes, which was because we ran the dishwasher as soon as we got there. The smell wnded up being so bothersome that we didnt even up staying any of the nights we had booked.

The initial response is it’s a little dated. The bed were extremely uncomfortable which makes getting a good nights sleep. The pool stated no drinking but there were always people with alcohol. Clearly that was not enforced.

The resort facilities, while older, are very nice and the location is excellent - shopping and dining nearby and right on the beach. The property management company (TRS) was the major disappointment.

Wonderful Stay!

My 13 year old daughter, and my mother in law joined me for a quick Fall break down. We love Surf Song and the family feel it has. The one bedroom with two beds was perfect for us. Having the unit right off the elevator made for a super short walk too! We will be back!

Fantastic location and wonderful sunsets

From the time you wake up until you go to bed, you couldn't ask for more. The location and proximity to the beach is excellent. It was very easy to come back and forth between the beach and pool area. The pool area was very clean and well kept. The only issue I had related to the age and condition of the mattress in the bedroom and on the pullout couch. They both need replacing as do all the pillows. There were no sheets for the pullout couch either. I would definitely stay here again but would explore a different unit.

Sister Trip

My sister and I came for a 3 day girls trip. The condo was perfect for us! Everything was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Great view of the beach and right across the street from John’s Pass- lots of restaurants and shopping.

Great Location But

The location was perfect right on the beach.The codo was clean but needs some improvements. The mattresses could use an upgrade as well as some of the furniture. Overall the location was perfect but because I couldn't get a good night sleep because of the uncomfortable mattress I wouldn't book this unit in the future

Fabulous location and comfortable stay

This place is prime location from a walk to the beach to a short jont to St. John's Pass. It was perfect location with little kiddos! The only thing, I wish there was some upgrades to the unit (working ceiling fan and lights in the bedroom instead of lamps, etc). But overall great stay and will be back again.

Sister's Weekend

Three of us just enjoyed a sister's weekend on Madeira Beach. Our Surf Song condo was in an extremely convenient location, right on the beach across from the John's Pass Boardwalk. We enjoyed lazy days on the beach, shopping at John's Pass, and spectacular sunsets. The condo was nothing fancy, but perfect for a beach weekend getaway.
