Large tiled living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, including a nice table for eating or playing games. This leads outside to the private balcony where you will enjoy sipping your morning coffee and watching the fabulous Florida sunsets. The spotless full kitchen has all the amenities needed for your getaway, including coffee maker and microwave. The master bedroom has two double beds, television and plenty of closet and dresser drawer space. All you need is a bathing suit and toothbrush and your vacation begins! Linens for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay are provided. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $70, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
