Love it so much, its our 2nd time staying here

Location is awesome if you're looking for a beach that's not as crowded. Unit A has an awesome bacony view of the ocean. No dunes blocking the view, you can watch the dolphins and manatees swim by. Its not pristine, but its a beach house! It's part of the charm! They have made some minor improvements since we last stayed here 2 years ago, like more of the little things you need that you may not think of. My only real complaint, which has not been improved is that the master bed is pretty firm. The first night my hips hurt, and my legs started going numb. (We're average size people, not obese, but not thin either.) I had to sleep on top of the comforter to make it bearable. Other than that, we absolutely love this place, and will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend!

Best Vacation

The views were beautiful! Everything was clean and nice. Being right on the beach was amazing. You walk down the steps onto the sand. We would definitely stay here again. Its close to everything but still felt uncrowded on the beach.

Great stay!

Overall we had a great week here. Beach access is great. Close to restaurants. Couple things that need replaced or washed: 1) Vacuum is circa 1980 2) nonstick pans are all scratched and ruined with exception of one or two 3) Keurig doesn’t work 4) dryer heating element needs replaced. 5) general kitchen utensils missing 6) rugs were filthy Overall, we would stay here again just need to upgrade some things

So beautiful . Awesome place to stay.

Pros: The view was incredible, and beach access was right there. The place was clean, and the property manager was pretty good at communicating with me. They also had some chairs, umbrellas, and other beach equipment/toys available for free usage. Cons: Only 2 garbage bags. This is apparently a standard thing, but I've never heard of it. My thought was, it's a 3 bedroom 2 bath, and 5 night minimum, so we're definitely going to need more than 2 bags. Just make sure you bring some kitchen trash bags with you. Also, I didn't see it mentioned anywhere on the listing that this is one of 3 units in the same building. We stayed in the "A" unit upstairs. There were also B & C units downstairs, and other units in the other building on the property lot. All share a common parking area, (thankfully there were designated parking spaces) and share the beach access. This is fine, but it was a surprise to us since it wasn't mentioned in the listing. Also, the queen beds were firm, and the king was hard. If you like a firm bed, you'll be fine with it, but we are accustomed to soft beds, so we did not sleep well to say the least. All in all, it was an awesome location, and a beautiful strip of beach. I would highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay!

We recently stayed at The Endless Summer and greatly enjoyed it! Place was clean and well maintained. Loved watching the sunset from the deck and walking onto the beach from the property! The only negative comment I would have is the ballasts on the deck are too far apart and my grandkids ( ages 2 and 3) could stick their heads through. Very dangerous for younger toddlers. Had to keep a very close eye on them but other than that, it’s a great place to stay. Would stay there again!

Fantastic

This was the perfect location and property for my family. Everything was great. My only suggestion is that the spindles on the back porch needs to be redone to code. My son could easily fit his head through the front spindles. Lattice or something needs to be added to make this safe for children. We managed by not allowing him out there alone, but it does need to be addressed. Other than that, I give this property a 5 star on all other accounts!

Amazing Beach Getaway

We had such a great time staying at this property. It's location is perfect and the house is setup great. It's well stocked with everything you could need. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Looking forward to our next visit there.

Ok but needs improvements for the $$

Property was overall fine but a few things could certainly be addressed. The master bed comforter had a nasty bodily fluid type stain on it and certainly should have been noticed by someone. Also the bathroom rugs were filthy dirty, my wife washed them and they literally changed color. Also, the master bed ceiling fan is ridiculously noisy, no way to sleep with it on. The 2 deck fans are so rusted they look terrible, and the floor type lamp out there is rusted to the point of falling apart, not sure why the owners wouldnt replace these items. Hate to go on, but we love to grill, most nights. The 2 webber style grills were rusted so badly, outside, and the grates were beyond use. The gas grill was barely better. Beautiful views from our deck. This is not a 'low end' property and all of this should be dealt with

Great location, right on the beach

Overall we had a great stay. The location is great with it being right on the beach! You can tell it’s an old house that has been renovated. The kitchen is well equipped. A couple of things that would have made the stay even better is if they had provided more toilet paper and some shampoo and conditioner. It only comes with little bars of soap. Also, I asked if there were any beach toys or a pack n play since we were traveling with toddlers. We were told no but there is a cabinet next to the drive way with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. There is also a pack n play in the utility closet. That would have been nice to use!

Beautiful Place and GREAT location

Very nice property that was just as advertised and pictured. And the views can't be beat. Love that you can watch the sunset and walk right out to the beach. We went during Spring Break week 3/13/2021 to 3/20/2021 and it was just as we hoped - more of a family area and not a bunch of spring break college kids. Beach wasn't overly crowded and the area of Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach was perfect. Seaside Property Shop was great to work with and everything was managed professionally. House was well stocked and very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

On the Beach

Fantastic location directly on the beach! Unit A has been completely renovated and occupies the entire upper floor of a two story building that is setback from the road (Gulf Blvd) for a quiet relaxing experience. Outside deck is covered and faces the ocean with a private stairway for easy access to the sand. Owner did a great job on the decor! Kitchen and living room are joined with stunning views out the glass patio doors. Three bedrooms are perfect for a family retreat. Would definitely return for a future stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always enjoyed our stays at Endless Summer, this year was no exception. That being said, our happiness came from the view and some wonderful relationships we have developed over the years. Sadly, I am sorry to say , Unit A has never looked worse. 4 years ago it was " tired". To describe the unit today it would be called dirty, and hazardous. Lorri Marshall has ALWAYS gone above and beyond her job responsibilities, including buying me new linens for master bed. We of course reimbursed Lorri... And that is just one example of how she takes care of her customers. But Lorri can't take down wallpaper, or rip up carpets. The black mold I found was very upsetting. No doubt Lorri would have been right there to clean by my side, but that is not her role. I have shared a great many of our concerns with her, and she actively listened and took notes. Bottom line is, Unit A looked and felt " grungy". Anyone who rents immediately after our stay will find a clean unit because I scrubbed black mold away, cleaned both bathrooms throughly , cleaned and organized kitchen cabinets. Frankly, when I wasn't at the beach , I was "delousing" the unit. Perhaps I am over zealous, but anyone can see the obvious things. Please , please update and replace the carpets, inside and out. Please paint the ceiling and take down the valances from the windows --- they were so dusty I sneezed any time I tried to clean them. The outdoor fans on the deck are so rusty, they really need to be painted as well. I apologize for the tone of my missive. We don't need the Ritz Carlton, or the Four Seasons, we love Endless Summer . Please give Lorri the kudos she deserves. She was a true professional. Lorri was patient and very kind, as she always has been.
