This building has 2 or 3 bedroom option condos, all which will have direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from their own private balcony. The area is great too! Redington Shores is ideally located and close to everything. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, surfing and more. You will surely have a blast building sand castles at Redington Beach. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Don't let the exterior steer you away, the inside was updated and modern. You are minutes away from the beach.I will warn you, the bed is pretty loud anytime you move in it.

There was construction right below our second-floor unit for almost the entire 2 weeks. We spent thousands, drove 1,200 miles for a restful beach stay, and were subjected to industrial noise all day. We feel we were deceived

Emerald Isle is in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. Most importantly, it provides direct access to the beach. The unit was clean, in great condition, and matched the pictures in the listing. It allowed us to unwind and refresh. The on-site laundry facility was very convenient. We plan on returning in the future. Thank you for a great vacation stay.

Perfect place to stay with two teenagers over spring break! Condo was clean and updated, and well priced! Volleyball net on the beach was one of the highlights.

Great Location

Our first time visiting Redington Beach. The location of this property is great. Just a few minutes drive from great restaurants, grocery stores, and Johns Pass. Our family really enjoyed the beach and pool as well as the convenience to access them both. We only had a couple of issues upon check in but the host was very prompt in resolving our issues.

We loved our stay in Emerald Isle. The location was great and convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. We will be back and would like to stay again for the same week next year. The property manager had excellent communication asking how our stay was and asked if we need anything.

Unit was clean and The kitchen and restrooms were updated nicely. The building is on the smaller side so not a ton of people to deal with which was nice. Great views of the beach and easy beach access.

Property is extremely well kept. Very clean and everything you need for a very relaxing stay. right in the beach and can watch the sunset from the balcony. Only complain is the front door. We almost turned back when we just arrived, thinking he had gotten the wrong key. they should fix that lock.

Relaxing - perfect beach spot

This matched the online pics and descriptions. Location was great- nice little plaza right across the street with places to eat, grocery stores close by. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage boys). Only thing I would say that was negative about the unit is the carpet in the bedrooms needs to go. Other than that- had a wonderful time!

So i really loved it and it will probably be our go to condo every year. Although every place on the beach was cleaning up sand from the hurricane and you guys were doing nothing in regards to the pool area being clean.
