Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the top floor in this 2 bed, 2 bath condo!

Beautifully remodeled spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo on the top floor of this attractive 25-unit complex directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy sunsets and watching for dolphins from the comfort of your balcony or walk the many miles of sandy beaches. The bedrooms are on the bay side of the condo and have small balconies to enjoy sweeping views of the tranquil bay waters and dazzling night lights. The oversized living room has a sofa with chaise and 2 reclining chairs. There is also a desk that converts to a queen size murphy bed.
The heated pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by palms and tropical tiki huts if you prefer to spend some time by the pool. There is a gas grill also available for your use in the pool area. If you prefer to eat out, there are many great choices within a short walk.

PARKING: Rental includes 1 free reserved parking space. There are visitor spaces available on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed.

The condo is directly on the beach. The views from the living room were amazing. We saw dolphins everyday. We had breakfast and lunch in the balcony everyday. The condo was well laid out and spacious. The bathrooms are large. The beach had wide beaches with soft sand. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels etc. for us to use.The area around the condo was nice but a few of the neighboring buildings and condos were still boarded up or under construction from the hurricanes that went through the area last year. The construction noise was minimal and was only for short periods, which did not bother us. The local people working at the restaurants and shops were friendly and genuinely happy we were at their businesses. Several stated they were glad to have customers back after last year. Communication with the host was almost immediate if we had a question. We would happily stay at this condo again.

We very much appreciated all the thoughtful touches that went into making this condo a true gem. We've stayed in many condos on Madeira, but this is, by far, the best. Ms. Paula was so easy to work with--patient, kind, and prompt--and made the entire experience seamless. Thank you for sharing your fabulous condo with us! This place is absolutely amazing! The condo is not only beautiful but also perfectly located. The entire property has been recently renovated, and everything felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. Excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The condo is in an excellent location. Only a mile or so from St. John’s Pass and walking distance to a couple near by restaurants. The condo was clean, well stocked, and felt super homey and comfortable. The beach views from the porch are excellent. We experienced phenomenal sunsets from the beach in front of the unit! The walking distance from pool to beachfront is very short making it easy to pop back and forth and take a rest when needed. The unit was well stocked with beach gear. The condo building itself was a bit dated; however, most buildings in the area appeared the same and the wonderful and modern condition of the unit made it a great choice for our family. Highly recommend for the price/value!

I just returned from taking my daughter and two of her friends on a graduation trip . We chose Maderia Beach because of this condo. It is as beautiful in person as it is online. Paula was simply amazing to work with
prompt at responding, very friendly and professional and made the rental process a breeze. The property and location were simply amazing. It was close to St John’s Pass as well as a variety of restaurants. The beds are comfortable and everything in the condo is just amazing. I truly can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful unit, well appointed, very clean, tons of space and natural light. Location is ideal in building on top floor corner unit. Murphy bed was very comfortable, lots of games and books, super soft sheets. Unfortunately it rained 80% of time, but still had a great time. Pool and hot tub area also very clean. THere is one nice grill near pool. Umbrella and beach chairs and toys are in unit. We did the chair rental the one day of sun we had. If a set of chairs is vacant with blue cushions you go ahead and set up and Tim will be by to collect 40 cash or check, discounts for multiple days. We picked this place based upon the pictures and were afraid we would be disappointed as has happened with VRBO. We were not, this place is comfy and beautiful and spacious.

Great Home Away From Home

We could not have enjoyed our stay more! The photos on the website are very accurate. It is a very clean and well-maintained condo unit. We love that it was a corner unit, because there was no noise from the hallways while we were sleeping. The view from the balcony is exceptional! The amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and grounds are very well maintained and secure. We felt right at home, and we will definitely be back!

Perfect beach getaway!

We loved our time here and only wish we could have stayed longer! The condo was clean, bright, and so spacious! I was very impressed with the amount of living space, and it was wonderful for our family of 6. We enjoyed the nice pool, lovely beach, walking across the street for dinner, and driving down the road for putt putt and feeding baby alligators. A great vacation and highly recommend!

Family Spring Break

The condo is very nice, comfortable, clean, and enjoyed being that it is a corner unit had windows on three sides. Overlooks the beach off the patio and views of St. Pete from the kitchen.The pool and hot tub area nicely remodeled and clean. Every morning the maintenance crew sprayed and would tidy up the area.Publix and Sprouts grocery are close by, only a five minute drive and restaurants within walking distance. We all enjoyed the condo and would look to book again if vacationing in the area.

From start to finish this was a perfect process! Easy booking, clear instructions, and very quick to respond owner. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean condo. Being right in the beach was amazing. The condo had beach chairs and beach towels that were great and such a treat to not have to worry about. Everything you need is right there!

Beautiful Condo & View!

The condo & location were amazing! Unfortunate timing for our family vacation, they were re-paving the parking lot which was a slight inconvenience and we couldn't sit on the balcony as much as we wanted due to smell/noise, but we would go back to this condo regardless! It was perfectly kept and the beach was wonderful.
