Free gulf cart rides to all of the local attractions don’t forgery to tip and ask for a card so you can get a pick up back to the hotel breakfast warm and ready they offer turkey options and on the weekends it’s more like a brunch with extra goodies…. Beds comfy pooll area clean and not congested as most people go to the beach, bush gardens, and other parts of the Bay Area for entertainment….

No safe in the room ! No beach towel,chairs or umbrella ! Elevator very slow,one was out of order for my entire stay of 5 days ! I rented 2 rooms for my family,in one room the door didn’t close properly and the carpet was damaged in front of the door ! Got a new room the next day ! Expedia needs to do better,every time I booked trough them I got room next to the elevator,laundry room or poorly maintained !!!

One of the 2 elevators for the entire hotel was out of order our entire visit. The mandatory valet parking was very expensive and the attendents were the worst I've ever experienced. They were rude, slow, and unconcerned. I went down for breakfast one day and it looked like a bomb had gone off at the breakfast bar. Obviously, they needed more attendants to manage the crowd. I went away hungry.

The staff is great, the hotel clean, and close enough to the beach. It’s located away from the main part of town, but they have a golf cart shuttle that takes you to the Main Street. In the downside, there aren’t safes in the rooms and one of the two elevators was down the whole week we stayed there.

Good value. Good location near beach and activities. Valet parking is an unwarranted scam. A/C unit very noisy. Breakfast is disappointing. Staff that speaks English are very nice and helpful. Valet does have a golf cart to shuttle you up to 1/2 mile to beach, shopping, etc.
