Made reservations for a room on 2nd floor but upon ck in, our room was assigned on the 1st floor. Unfortunately, we heard a lot of walking around from the floor above us. That is why we prefer 2nd floor rooms.

Perfect dog friendly place

This dog friendly hotel is perfectly located downtown Dunedin. Close to restaurants and shops. The friendly staff and clean spacious room made our stay very enjoyable. We will be staying here again

Top notch new hotel in Dunedin

10 out of 10…this is a great new addition to Dunedin. We will be staying again. It’s very clean, had everything we needed in the room and we didn’t have to leave our pup at home (for a fee). It’s also walking distance to many restaurants and breweries
