I cannot rate this property low enough primarily due to the host mgmt company, was not a person host that I had been used to with VRBO. Check-in time was 4pm. We arrived shortly after that time, but could find no onsite representative. Found a sign with rental company #,called, message said they were busy give them 30 min. We did and called again, same message. Then began with VRBO, who confirmed host unavailability and began working on alternate accommodations, hotels out of area we wanted to be. Just as we were choosing a maintenance person called with code to enter. The next morning around 10 a very rude lady from the mgmt company called to say she got my message, insisting that the whole thing was my fault for not seeing a second email they sent, since checked it was never sent. She never offered a "sorry" for you inconvenience or explanation why it took 18 hours to return my call. Sad excuse for a "Host".
