This beachfront private home is a stunning luxury beach residence located in North Clearwater Beach.

The outdoor amenities create an oasis for entertaining and include lush tropical landscaping, a covered “tiki hut” patio, with outdoor seating and dining, a splash pool and an outdoor barbecue. Step off the lanai and enjoy the white sands and crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.



Bring your family and experience the perfect beach vacation. This is 1800sf of gorgeous living that’s just the right backdrop for the breathtaking views of the Gulf that you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive deck. The open floor plan is great for entertaining large groups of family or friends.



The living area décor is stunning. It features a comfortable sofa and a large HDTV. The dining area and luxurious living room offer beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite memories of the day at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the Gulf.



The dining area and the living room are adjacent to the spacious, open kitchen. The gourmet kitchen looks out over the water and features beautiful granite countertops with attractive cabinets and appliances. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking up something exquisite or just grilling outside, you’ve got everything you need.



The living space is an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen that offers a large island with seating open to the dining area. Three large bedrooms offer a King bed, a Queen bed and a kids room with 2 Full beds. Two full bathrooms. There's a Sleeper sofa in the living room as well. Perfect for a family vacation this home sleeps 10 guests.

Our vacation rental home is tucked away in a residential neighborhood and excels in comfort, privacy, space, and most of all, views of the famous beaches of Clearwater Beach.



The extremely large outdoor area gives you plenty of room for all your entertaining needs. Plenty of space to eat, play or just unwind and take in the beauty!!



It is located right on the beach, about 1.5 miles north of Pier 60 with nearby charter fishing, shopping, site seeing and tons of local attractions. You’ll never run out of things to do!



A true Florida beach house with tropical landscaping, splash pool, covered tiki hut and outdoor grill right on the beach. Experience beautiful sunsets and a piece of paradise.



Splash pool is 3' deep and the pool heat is $20 per day + taxes - 85 degrees from Nov to April.



Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

This property was AMAZING! My jaw actually dropped when I walked in and saw the view! Absolute beautiful home also. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, everything was wonderful! I usually like different places to stay but I'd stay here again! You are right on the beach and it's so quiet it's like your own private spot. Plus, the management company was amazing in their communication. We needed the heat turned on and they got it done after hours (needed service). 10/10!!!

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect place to stay! The view of the ocean was amazing and the property was clean and beautiful. The location was also very close to restaurants and shops. We had a great time relaxing on the beach and walking down the beach to frenchies for lunch. We would definitely stay here again.

Family get away

We had a bit of a family emergency and the rental company were amazing at working with us. The property itself was just what the doctor ordered. You walked outside to a personal oasis so it allowed us to relax and enjoy our family during a time that it was the most needed. I would recommend this property to anyone who actually need a relaxing vacation, it’s the perfect get away. We are looking forward to our next trip down to this home.

This property is Amazing!

We just got back from vacation today! 7 girls. It was such a great place! It's my second time at this property And I'd love to go back again! The view of the ocean from the pool/spa is amazing! The house is beautiful and the property rental company was great to work with. We walked the beach, sat by the ocean and went swimming in the ocean. Had the best time with the girls!

Beautiful house beautiful location

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house and location were amazing. Steps to the beautiful beach in a quiet residential area and a short distance away from places to eat and shop. Having the outside area with the pool was absolutely wonderful. My two toddlers had so much fun playing in the pool and the beach. The construction was at a point that we hardly heard any noise. When we had any issues the property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. Highly recommend 👍
