The house is 3500 sqft and has a beautiful backyard with a large swimming pool and a BBQ. 2 large living rooms, a formal dining room, a nice kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one huge master bedroom) and 2,5 bathrooms. PS4, board games, outdoor games will give you plenty to spend a great time!

French doors all around the house give access to a beautiful backyard and a large in-ground swimming pool. In the back of the house, you can relax around the pool or play some basketball, soccer, etc. There's plenty of parking space with a circular drive and alley access in the rear. Starbucks is just 1 block away alike Earth origins (organic food store) and many restaurants are accessible by foot. Publix, Tyrone mall and movie theater are less than 5min driving. The Gulf Beaches are just 3 miles away with very nice restaurants and on the other way, the vibrant downtown is only at 15 minutes drive. The two TVs have Netflix, Hulu, and Direct TV. In the family/TV room, you can play Wii and PS4 and also plenty of board games and puzzles.
