Leave your car parked and navigate the beach area via Suncoast Trolley,Free Beach Rides or freeBee rides app.
Unlike other complexes along the beach where you are on your own, we have lovely resident managers who will assist you, upon arrival, as well as direct you to Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, Legoland, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, art and history museums such as Salvador Dali Museum, Devil Rays Home Field-Tropicana Field, Historic Ybor City(Arturo Fuente and other fine cigars), Tampa's Channelside District and much more. Great unit on the water

The pool was not up and running because of the pervious years unfortunate events but everything else was great. The location is perfect for everything we wanted to do. The owner and management team were on top of every question and even compensated us back for the pool not being ready. Absolutely would use them again. Thank you guys

Enjoyed Paradise!

Janet was a great host. And the raaident managers helpdil. The only issues were that the pool wasnt yet fixed (given the devastating hurricane they faced recently, its understandable but disappointing), and the elevator broke down for half the time we were there.Otherwise, we had SO much fun - the beach is RIGHT there. The condo is spacious and has everytbing we need. They offer a Graco Pack and Play for babies but it's not the best... so we ended up renting a crib from a Mom n Pop and our baby slept very well!I would definitely recommend this host and place. Thanks!Otherwis

Girls Trip

My girlfriends and I stayed at Collwood for a week and it was absolutely perfect! We absolutely loved our location, right on the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. The condo was perfect! Clean, comfortable beds. We're actually going back again later this year and hope to stay in the Collwood building again. Communication with the owner was great. I loved that the Property Managers were on site and easily accessible. We loved that there were chairs and beach gear provided. Made flying in that much easier! Will definitely stay again.

Perfect Location!

Clean condo that gives off island vibes. Fully stocked kitchen utensils and cook wear. Nice big bathrooms, condo was spacious for my family of 5. 2 linen closets fully stocked. Beach chairs in closets, but also a huge variety downstairs as well as a bin of beach toys! So very convenient. No ocean views from the room, but the stay was great. Everyone friendly and helpful!

We loved this property! Stocked well with anything you would need, plenty of towels, and beach toys. Outdoor games as well, shuffleboard and cornhole. The whole experience was perfect. We loved it so much we’re already planning for next year!

Our stay was perfect, the condo was just right for some family time on the beach. Wake up and head to the water - what could beat that? The beach was clean and was not over populated. The water was calm most of the time, even after a storm came through.

Awesomeness!

Four friends decided to take a vacation and this is where we chose to stay. I couldn’t be happier! The apartment/condo was beautiful! The rooms spacious, the bathrooms big and the kitchen gorgeous! We had a parking lot view but the building was on the beach and access was easy! There is a pool, grills, chairs to pull out to the beach, shuffleboard, smart TV and toiletries! This place is a winner! I will be back!

Amazing Condo and Property

Condo was exactly as described. I loved how stocked it was and felt so homey. Literally the only negative thing i didn't like was that the balcony for this unit faces the street, however, the condominium is beach front. There was plenty of beach chairs available on property and in the unit. There was beach toys for the kiddos and shuffle board and corn hole for the bigger kids. Overall stay was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Best Vacation!

We had the BeSt family vacation! The condo we stayed in was perfect for enjoying vacation to the fullest! Nightly sunsets on the beach that we could walk right down to from our room! Pool right next to beach and all the beach supplies we could need to make packing up a family from Minnesota to Florida super easy!!! Not to mention our many walks to super convenient ice cream places to fully indulge in vacation!

Location location

You don’t have ocean views from this unit, But you are on the beach, once your on the ground floor you are 20 yards from the sand. You can walk the beach to restaurants, the beach bar and grill. Once your here, no car needed. The owner is very responsive and they have property managers on site daily.
