Our 5BR/4BA home has been thoughtfully redesigned to offer guests a five-star experience. From high-quality mattresses and linens to stylish indoor and outdoor furniture, every detail has been considered to ensure your stay is comfortable and luxurious.

With a modern minimalist design, our spacious home boasts a newly renovated kitchen, drinks station, games room, and a decadent backyard featuring a pool, cabana, fire pit lounge area, and outdoor dining for 8. Our open-plan living spaces, including two family rooms, a mezzanine, dining room, and games room, are perfect for entertaining loved ones.

Our accommodation includes two king master bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, and a bunk room for four, as well as two double air mattresses and extra bedding for additional sleeping space. Other amenities include central AC, bath and beach towels, modern bathrooms, and seven Roku smart TVs with popular streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and HBO.

We offer a spacious lawn for games, a mezzanine loft for reading and board games, a bar station, and a games room complete with foosball, ping pong, and darts. If you're driving, our private driveway and street parking are available.

Family Vacation 2025

We had 8 adults and one 3 year old. The house was the perfect size and well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Kitchen was well stocked and the there were a lot items to use to take to the beach. The backyard was amazing with a pool, plenty of seating, dining and games. We spent several days just enjoying that area.

We had a great stay! The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our week! Our family enjoyed fun days at the pool! Family Spring Break

The house was very clean, well stocked and centrally located. Quick easy drive to the beach. The house had lots of beach stuff for us to use and games in the garage to keep the kids busy. We had three families staying here and space was not an issue. We had a slight issue getting in the house to start but the host made it right. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings and the temperature was good.

Great house, lots to do

Very nice, well maintained home away from home. Nicely located for lots of beach choices, as well as other things to do and restaurants, easy access to Tampa, <2 hr drive for day trips to Orlando, etc. But also a nice place to simply hang out for a while, with the pool/back yard, foosball, darts, ping pong, cornhole, etc. Very responsive and helpful manager.

Property was as advertised in a very quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive and even unlocked the door remotely when I was having tech issues with my phone. The pool was warm, the house was perfect for our family which included two crawling kiddos. All in all a good stay!

Birthday girls getaway

The house is nicely decorated and updated. The backyard is great for games-we enjoyed a corn hole championship play off. We were disappointed that the fire pit did not work, and that the pool was not warmed. But neither of those things kept us from enjoying this very nice property! The only real complaint most of the ladies had was that there was no top sheet on the beds.

Beautiful property

The property was wonderful, looks exactly like on the pictures. Very spacious, lots of open area to hang out with a larger group. There were nine of us staying in the property including one teen and a toddler and everyone was nicely entertained. The house had lots of cute little details including kids books, puzzles, and toys. Excellent entertainment in the garage, though it was a little bit too warm to stay there too long to play. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of bath and beach towels for everyone’s use.

Family spring break/spring training

Fantastic stay at a house we didn’t need to leave, but was still close to great stuff. Easy drive up to Clearwater for Phillies spring training and a super convenient quick drive to beautiful beaches. But the house was the main event - awesome game room and outdoor space with pool & firepit. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for a big family group, too. Property manager was responsive and flexible with early check-in and late check out. Just great.

Colby was very kind and easy to communicate with. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for our large family of 12. The beds are very comfortable. Grandchildren loved the heated swimming pool, all the board games, cornhole, foosball, and ping pong. We had plenty of cooking supplies. Quiet neighborhood. A welcome gift of champagne and giant bag of Lindt truffles was a pleasant surprise!

Perfect for our family gathering.

This home was perfect for our family to get together to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday and Thanksgiving. Everyone had a place to sleep, even the one year old! We did a lot of cooking and there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils for all of us! We also put the coffee maker and blender to good use. The little ones had plenty to do! Lots of family games, a few crafts, and TVs ! The heated pool and patio were very enjoyable. We enjoyed relaxing outside around the fire pit in the evenings. It was a short drive to the beach. There were plenty of towels, pool toys, and beach gear to go around! Our host, Colby, was always just a text away! Answered all of our questions and accommodated our needs!

Great for family gatherings super amenities!

Colby is a fantastic host replying and responding to every need. We used this property to have a family reunion in which included my eldery parents that play dominoes, Colby made sure to have a brand nee domino set waiting for us. The home was fully stocked with all kinds of games that I need a week to enjoy them all. The heated pool and fire pit and grill area was perfect for our family to make new memories! Indoors had a smart tv everywhere. The floor plan is terrific with so much space. Will definitely come back!
